Set it aside for final proofing and baked them two hours after that in an oven pre-heated to 230C (as per instructions that came with the pan). Kept them in the oven for about thirty minutes. I think I could have taken them out at 25 minutes for a lighter color on the crust. Brushed some oil on the crust. They came out of the pan easily. No sticking. I am very happy with my purchase. Will bake two batches next week to give away to a bunch of ladies. Looking forward to their feedback.
