Daily use, working good

This paddle is seeing daily use cleaning fryolators. It is wrapped with a 4 inch strop pad at the tip, held on with a sheet metal screw; dipped in barely below temperature hot oil and rinsed and put away wet. The length is perfect and the width of the paddle is good when wrapped ,to swish the crumbs out of the bottom of the vat. I like it. Good value and very durable.
