Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner Set - Citrus & Grapefruit Blossom

Okay this one definitely deserves a great review!! SO I take zepbound injection every week and been worried about loosing a lot of hair. I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner set for several weeks now, and it honestly surprised me more than I expected. I originally bought it because my hair had been feeling thinner around the front and crown area from stress, heat styling, and postpartum shedding. My hair also tangles easily and gets oily at the roots while staying dry on the ends, so finding products that balance everything without making my hair worse has always been difficult. The first thing I noticed was the scent. The Rose Hips fragrance smells clean, fresh, and lightly floral without being overpowering. It gives that “just left the salon” smell but still feels soft and natural. The scent stays in my hair for most of the day, and I’ve actually gotten compliments on how good my hair smells after using it. The shampoo itself lathers really nicely for being sulfate-free. A lot of sulfate-free shampoos either don’t foam enough or leave my hair feeling greasy afterward, but this one made my scalp feel genuinely clean without stripping all the moisture out of my hair. After rinsing, my hair didn’t have that dry, squeaky feeling that some anti-thinning shampoos leave behind. My scalp also felt refreshed, and I noticed less itchiness and buildup after about a week of use. The conditioner was probably my favorite part of the set. It’s rich and creamy, but a little goes a long way. I focused it mostly on my mids and ends, and it instantly made my hair easier to detangle. Before using this set, I would lose a noticeable amount of hair every time I brushed or washed it. After a few weeks, I started noticing less hair coming out in the shower and less breakage while brushing. That alone made me keep using it consistently. What really stood out to me was how much healthier my hair looked overall. My hair started feeling softer, shinier, and fuller at the roots. Usually my hair falls flat the day after washing, but with this set it kept more volume and bounce without needing a bunch of styling products. Even my ponytail felt a little thicker over time. It didn’t magically regrow hair overnight, but it definitely improved the appearance and strength of my hair, which made a huge difference in my confidence. I also appreciate that the formula includes ingredients like biotin, caffeine, saw palmetto, niacinamide, argan oil, and black seed oil. My hair tends to react badly to harsh products, but this felt gentle enough for regular use while still making my hair feel nourished. It also worked well on my color-treated hair and didn’t fade my color faster like some shampoos do. One thing I will say is that if you have very fine or oily hair, using too much conditioner can weigh your hair down a little. I learned pretty quickly that I only needed a small amount. Also, results definitely take consistency. I didn’t notice major changes after one wash, but around the 3–4 week mark I could really tell my hair looked healthier and shedding had improved. Overall, I genuinely feel like this shampoo and conditioner helped bring my hair back to life. My hair feels stronger, softer, and easier to manage, and it gives me that fuller, healthier look I was hoping for. Out of all the anti-thinning products I’ve tried, this is one of the few that actually made my hair feel cared for instead of dry and damaged.

Amazing shampoo and conditioner. I have only used it twice and my hair feels thicker and looks more full. Its also very soft and the frizz is practically gone. I use a leave in conditioner, which I have always used but somehow my hair was still a bit frizzy. This set has made a world of difference in just 2 washes. The bonus guys is that it smells sooo good! I got the orange blossom but now, I want to try all the flavors!

Ok if you are here to buy this because your hair is falling out and you are dying inside, just keep going and do not add it to cart. Here's my honest review. I bought this because yes, my hair is falling out. It's not as bad as it could be but I have probably lost about half the volume I used to have and it is tragic because I used to at least have nice hair, and well... so I saw advertisements. I shouldn't have been so stupid or gullible, but I was desperate. Plus I had read about how DHA could be an issue and I believe this has a DHA blocker. Here's the thing, it's done nothing for my hair other than make it smell good. I don't need much shampoo or conditioner to wash the hair I have so it will last me a long time. If a miracle occurs and I think this is working I will change my review, but right now all it does is smell good. If it continues to only make my hair smell good, I will probably just go back to Pantene because that brand also smells good, is significantly cheaper, and also conditions the hair well. I bought the rose scented. I don't smell rose so much after it is washed out, but the smell isn't bad. I wish there was more of a scent left, again Pantene for the win on that. 4 stars though because it smells nice and it didn't do anything bad to my hair.

The Orange Blossom and Sandalwood scent is light and pleasant without lingering too strongly. The formula is sulfate free and color safe, with biotin and DHT blockers listed clearly on the label, and hair feels soft and full after drying. The pump bottles are convenient in the shower and the pair lasts a couple of months with regular use. Both bottles arrived sealed with no leaks. A repeat purchase for me and the quality has been consistent between orders.

I started using this shampoo and conditioner in January of 2026, because it says it helps with hair growth. I was skeptical at first, but it actually works. My bangs were looking a little thin and now they look thicker. What I've also noticed about my hair is that it seems to be shinier than before and believe it or not, my hair used to be a lot greyer, but now my hair seems darker than it used to be. I don't know if that's the shampoo and conditioner or something else, but it does look darker than it was. I decided to try a different aroma this time, so I just order my second set in August. I'm very happy with the results of this shampoo and conditioner. I'm sure you will be too.

It has a strong citrus smell and seems to wash well but my hair is so frizzy and unmanageable with it

I’ve been using this for the past three months or so. As someone who is over 50, and also was losing hair after being on a GLP-1, this set has helped so much. I have been seeing baby hairs growing, my hair is slightly thicker (my bestie noticed and commented which was huge b/c I didn’t know if it was all in my head lol). I also find a lot less hair in the drain when I shower. I wash my hair 3 to 4 times a week, so I would expect a bit more hair coming out since I’m no longer washing daily. But honestly, it’s really been almost nothing compared to even the normal amount that would come out before I started going through perimenopause. Yes the price tag may look steep, but I would say give it a try. For me the price has been more than worth it for the results that I’ve been seeing and experiencing. And after three months, I’m still not through my first set of shampoo & conditioner.

Keeps my hair shiny and nice texture. I have noted some decreased hair loss while shampooing, but no significant thinking or regrowth after a month. Smell is pleasant

Nice Shampoo and conditioner but I sure did not get the results the product advertisers said would happen! Did not make a difference in my hair. Lot of money for something that works like an ordinary shampoo!

Okay, so I was skeptical because I know that my fine hair is DNA and that's that. Nothing will give us fine-haired ladies thick hair. Also, add ageing to the mix and the hair loss that inevitably comes with it and you have a double whammy of aggravation! But having said that, I'll try any product at least once, because it may deliver in other ways. I've been using Routine Wellness for about 2 months now. I have to say that my hair is softer and feels bouncier. It just feels really, really good. Is it thicker? I don't think so, but I'm not even halfway through the bottles yet (you don't need a lot, a dime size at most per shampoo). But I think it deserves more time - at least I should make it through the bottles first. Perhaps it's an "over time" thing, and I'll see some better fullness in my hair. Time will tell. So I'm going to stick with this product and see where it goes. But as of now, I'm glad I tried it. BTW: I ordered the orange blossom and jasmine fragrance and it's really lovely. I'll try a different fragrance next time just to mix things up a bit. Bottom Line: I can say right now that I'm very pleased with what I'm experiencing so far. It's expensive, yes, but I feel this is a quality product worth the $$.

I was skeptical, having used expensive salon brands for years, but this duo has significantly improved the moisture level of my hair, while keeping it balanced. My hair is softer, less frizzy and my curls are coming back. I have about 30% grey wavy and fine stands.

This shampoo and conditioner are great, I'm very impressed.
