Excellent product and it works as advertised. We saw and experienced a difference in the room within a matter of hours. I am very happy with the dehumidifier as it extracts moisture very efficiently. As a matter of fact, I have just placed an order for a second unit and the first unit was put into service on Dec 29th, 2018 in a 426 sqft area. Because the area is large I have placed an order for a 2nd unit. Even though the area of its current use is larger than reccomended, it has still made a significant impact on the room environment. update: Began using the 2nd one yesterday and the Two combined cover roughly 500 sqft area. I wish I had installed these earlier because they have made an immense difference to the room environment!

Although this product is VERY expensive (just short of Rs 25,000/-) it does a great job of eliminating humidity. I live in a hill station so clouds literally float through my windows during monsoon & everywhere here has a big damp problem though, bizarrely, no one here had ever heard of a dehumidifier! It reduced the humidity from 89% to 60% during monsoon (I had it on all day every day) & shows that humidity is now (that monsoon is over) 50% (it automatically tells one on the digital screen) so I probably won't use it again until next year. A tad noisy so I had to turn it off at night. I'm not sure quite what you mean by rating its 'comfort' as it's not something one wears or sits on!! A nice looking machine too.

The product is great until it stops working. Then you're out of luck. It's a very powerful dehumidifier and was able to bring down humidity during the height of monsoon consistently. But once it's swing flap stopped working, any attempt to contact service center is useless. They do not reply. Considering this is an expensive device and not one use and throw item, this is a huge problem. So don't buy unless you know how to get it repaired. It's a shame as the device is good. Needs after sales service network.

Good product... Only one down side not appropriate for 300 sq ft... Great for upto 150 sqft... Removing approx 18 ltr per day...

For whatever reason you may want a dehumidifier.. This one definitely works! First of all, I have been using this product for the last 3 months before writing this review, simply because this is not a cheap product and everyone should have an honest review before they buy it. Well let me tell you, this works. I have been using it in high humidity which we have been having the last 3 months, roughly 80% - Keeping the room doors and windows closed, it comfortably brought the humidity down to 50% in around 2 hours. That is for a normal size room of roughly 240 sq ft. It did raise the temp in the room, but only slightly. This product to my surprise actually runs very quiet - It makes less noise than your room fan running! A very nice feature of this product is it's thermostat control - you can simply set it to desired humidity and walk away. It will reach and automatically maintain that humidity. A very very nice product in my opinion.. Looks good too. The sellers too are very happy to answer any questions we may have.. which I did, quite a few questions actually.. which were all replied to me promptly, in fact the seller even called me up and went through the product details with me. So all in all, I definitely recommend this product. The only reason I have given it 4 stars in Value for money - Is Actually probably nothing to do with Just this product - But more for the fact that similar sized dehumudifiers in the US.. are half the price than what they are sold in India! India is the biggest consumer market now - Products should be cheaper here rather than anywhere else in the world.

We've had this dehumidifier for over three years now and it works brilliantly. Only advice is to shut all windows and doors and then leave it on. We also use it to dry clothes in the bathroom. Portable from one room to another - we use the water ot collects to mop our floors. Must buy!

Does a great job in keeping the air clean and dry.
