Ingredients/protein/fat content?

crude protein; min 40%, crude fat; min 12.5%, fiber;max 5%, moisture; max 10%, vitamins.... all my fish love

Is this a good food for betta fish?

They do have a version for Bettas that float longer. My last guy loved it. ( I have yet to get a new betta)

I may be missing something here but a lot of tropical fish eat at the top. They say slow sinking but they sink fast. Is there a non sink one?

My best answer would be buy the tropical fish flakes. I have goldfish and they will clean it all up of the bottom.

I have angels and tiger barbs..would the large be ok?

My opinion is that after this food sinks to the bottom, angels and tiger barbs will be drawn to peck on it but the pieces may be a bit too large for comfortable "first responder - top of the water column" consumption. Even if the tiger barbs are full adults. As for full adult angel fish, I have seen adult angel fish taken on an impressive sized morsel of food and so this formula may work fine in that situation. I find that these food bites hold together very well so even if this food is gradually pecked off of the floor of tank by smaller fish mouths, it does not cloud my water.
