Used for pickup truck handicap lift. *by K***R on November 4, 2023* Installed on a lift that looks like a running board. The running board goes to the ground and up using a remote fob. A 300 pound person creates about 1000 pounds load on the linear actuator. My setup has a 1:3 ratio. I added 100 pounds to 900 to get to 1000 pounds. The 2000 pound actuator does the job with ease. I used the 8" stroke and added limit switches. This actuator replaces the obsolete HydraMotion cylinder S/N 11245. Motor marked PE270980 12VDC.
