Great product
I use this for oyakodon; chicken and egg donburi. It gives the dish a great flavor, much better than the recommended broth. I also use it for gyoza 1/2 and 1/2 water to steam at the end.

Perfect
I will absolutely be buying this again when my bottle runs out. I have been dabbling deeper and deeper into various asian cooking over the last year and im on to soups right now. I had originally bought it trying to improve ramen however i am addicted to miso. I have miso every day when i come home from work. And now i add this everyday which obviously improves the flavor. Its potent so a little goes along way. Good quality product. In a glass bottle as well 🙌

Adds Flavor to SO many dishes!
A famous chef, Joshua Weissman, used is a delicious Hawaiian recipe. OF COURSE Amazing AMAZON brought it to me immediately. I love Joshua, but I always slow him down a bit on YouTube. I've cooked many recipes from Joshua, ALL delicious. So, not an impulse buy or a risky buy because I cook many Asian dishes. For me, it took my clumsy handling of dashi and trying to get the strength of flavor right. This liquid gold can add flavor to anything savory. A little goes a very long way. Love it.

Take your ramen to the next level
I no longer use the seasoning packet that comes with the packaged ramen, I use this instead. Just dilute it per the instructions, add some scallions, sesame seeds, shredded cabbage and carrots, and you're good to go for a quick meal.
