Last month I aggravated the old injury after playing golf. I had the opportunity to buy this item at a greatly reduced price in exchange for an honest review, so I decided to give it a try.I measured my leg as directed and bought the appropriate size. However, I believe the sleeve runs small as it is very constricting at the top.The neoprene is very thick and sturdy, which is great for the front of the knee. But it's too bulky in the back when you try to bend your leg and it tends to bunch up.The sleeve is made of several panels and the contoured panels and stitching are a nice touch. It appeared to be well constructed but after one day of wear one of the seams started coming apart.Overall it's an OK product and might work better if it fit well.
