I ordered these from my wife’s Amazon account. I ordered two pair of both small (eyepiece) and medium (objective) for a Leupold VX3 3.5-10 X 40mm and a Meopta 3.5-10 X 44mm. They fit both riflescopes great, tight and snug. They appear to be very well made and a high quality product for the money. I too don’t care for scope covers, figuring it’ll be closed when I need to make a quick shot while hunting. For all these years I’ve done without lens covers and just used my shirttail to wipe the dust or water off my scope lens. I’m currently field testing them now, in the heat and dust, there’s been no rain, and they have worked well as sun shades and kept some dust off. One is on a very heavy recoiling rifle, a 375 Ultra Mag, and the extra material helps to protect from getting scope eye as mentioned in the advertisement. I’ve been using them on deer, elk, and wild pig hunts so far here in California. I have no reason to believe that they won’t work well in the rain though and look forward to testing them in a wet environment. All in all, I think they are a very good value and a great piece of equipment to have on a hunting rifle for inclement weather. Even if you are not happy, it’s not like you’re out a lot of money, but with that said, I like em! I think it’s a great idea and a great product! Thanks, Brendon H.

Bought and installed two of these on a pair of Leupold scopes. Both size small. One went on the ocular (eyepiece end) of a 2-7X, and the other on the eyepiece of a 1.5-4X. Both were about 33mm in diameter. Snug fit, much to my satisfaction. The tight pieces stretched out to accommodate the eyepiece. In blizzard conditions, I NEVER had to clean snow out of my scope. Works well in rain too. I hunt in extremely rugged and thick terrain, and I had my doubts. I try to protect my rifle as best I can, but you can't help but get snow in the action, scope, and muzzle sometimes. But now my scope is safe. I am absolutely sold on this product, and I will order more. Durable too. My only problem is that they are not made in the US. I believe China. Move your factory to New Hampshire!!! UPDATE: The covers have stretched slightly so a very snug fit on a 33mm lens is no longer the case. However they are still tight enough to stay on, and with the help of a good rubber band, they will not fall off. Still satisfied, since they said the small size fit 38-45mm. Please make these a size smaller!

Nice Item, just as described. They seem to run a bit small to me but I know they have to fit tight so they don’t move or fall off. It’s a bit of a chore to get them on and would be nice if they we’re a little larger/longer to really help cut down on the Sun glare. With that said they will fit and work to help keep off the rain and the Delivery was Quick.

Tried a few similar ideas and loving this simple super light design. Easy to put on and take off super compact to carry while hunting but very effective. Hells prevent sun glint and glare great purchase excited to try other products definitely exceeded my expectations!!

I received scope cover. I took it to my lease this past weekend and put it on my scope. I really like the way it fit and its a snug fit and it worked very well! at one point in the morning as the sun rises, it make my scope imposable to see out of. This solved my issue! and I like the fact in the evening hunt as it gets closer to end of legal shooting time I can just flip it back over the scope and it will let that little more needed light in. It is a great inexpensive fix to my big problem! Thanks for the great product!! would recommend this product to anyone who needs a great cover and rain or snow protection for your scope.

To be honest I haven’t had a chance to field test it in the rain, it does keep the objective glass shaded from the sun however so I’m sure it will be awesome. I think the raised rib along the hood edge is there for support but will also act as a gutter to keep rain water from running off the front of the scope. I think it’s well designed and made of quality material and useful when hunting in the bright sun or in my case rain

They fit well and seem very sturdy. Both are in pic, I put the bigger one on before my Vortex Viper scope's sunshade/reflection extension and cap, in case I want to take them off.

I've got an update of my previous review. Bravo to the seller, who actually refunded my purchase just few days ago! For that, I am changing my review rating. Perhaps a larger size cap would eradicate the issue I had. Quality wise, the material seems solid. Terrible product! It creates a shade of black patch after it is fitted on my scope’s len when I try to look at the target through the scope. And the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Don’t waste your money and time!
