I love that it dispenses hot water ,hot steam., and you can program it to fit your coffee cup, it gives you right amount so you can walk off till done. It also has area to pull out for larger mugs, or replace with tray for smaller cups. It’s also great it has a float to let you know when drip tray is full.comes with three coffee pod fillers, one for one cup two spoons for two, also one for coffee bags, thoughtful. You can also regulate temperature and it’s programmable to set for your temp and boy it delivers hot coffee. Also has a programmable timer for you to choose, when you wish it to turn off. Absolutely love this machine worth every penny if your a coffee nut like me. Only thing to niggle me was you have to put slightly less coffee in to container as it won’t turn in slot of machine, I’m getting used to that now, and a plus is it takes really fine grain coffee which my other machine didn’t like. And if you like to change size coffee pod container it’s hard to push in slot, but again I’m learning. The coffee slot handle is super quality and shows this with the weight of the piece. LOVE IT ! Looks fabulous with other Smeg kettle, toaster . Well pleased I saved up and treated our home. 💯💯

Having got fed up with using capsules and didn’t like the single use plastic I researched best espresso machine, this is by far superior the taste is smooth and you can personalise it to taste. Cleaning wise really easy to get used coffee granules out I personally use a spoon but am sure they’ll knock out easy enough and can be used on the garden or composted or don’t take up too much space if you do just throw away. The milk frother is very easy to use and easy to clean. The design is first class and of good quality. It’s snug so fits in to a reasonably small kitchen well. I use nearly every day and am so glad I purchased this item. Never have had a bad cup . Life is short dink good coffee and enjoy it. The company were very friendly and professional. The only thing I am not too keep on is the plug adapter they give to make a EU plug into a uk one but I just hide it behind something and it’s fine. It was a little bit more expensive than other places but in stock where I was struggling to purchase from anywhere. Highly recommend

Turned up with an EU plug and no adapter. Spoke directly to SMEG customer service who looked up model number and confirmed this model type should not be sold for UK market and would not be under guarantee. Amazon customer service blamed SMEG and SMEG blamed Amazon, stating they do not sell on Amazon. In short, avoid and purchase via official website. Terrible experience.

Got this smeg was very happy with it until I seen the plug on it dose not have the right plug infact it's against the law to sell them with this plug payed just over 300 hundred pounds for a coffee maker I cant use not good enough I feel like I have takeing the p out of me rather reply to this and come take it bk and give bk my money as you have sold this knowing it not legal to sell with this plug

Es un producto caro … pero como toda la colección bonita ! Algunos elementos de plástico, y darán problemas en el futuro … pero las cosas de hoy en día no están pensadas para durar ! Puedes programar temperatura del agua , largos etc ! Ya si le sumas un buen café en grano , es tener el café profesional en la cocina de casa !

I am almost satisfied by it looks like there is no good after sale service in Sweden. They all pass you to someone else. Otherwise it is OK.

Me encanta su diseño, hace un poquito de ruido pero hace muy buen cafe, recomiendo este producto totalmente.
