How to adjust the clock is missing in the instruction paper. Please include
A good product. Working very well.The only problem i encountered is: is in the instruction sheet. In it one line they missed one complete line. How to adjust the clock(time). To adjust the time one has to press & hold the clock symbol, then the hours & minutes to be adjusted. That line is missing. For which i suffered a lot.Please also include how to change the lithium battery.

I am regular user of Blackt electrotech timer, I have 5 timers of different types .I had aproblem in one timer but quickly resolved by Blackt electrotech, thanks for their cooperation.

Excellent Product
I bought this product two numbers in 1st Feb 2020 and installed then in my two baloneys for switching on & off my grow light for my bonsais. Since then it has been doing the function regularly without any problem. However, a few days back one timer developed a problem that the clock was running very slow. I took up with the supplier and the response was immediate in few minutes came the reply both on amazon and email. Then as battery was the probable cause I opened and told the supplier that it is fixed one and wanted to know where I can buy. They offered for sending it by currier only for the currier charges and a small amount for four battery. All these happened in about 5 days I got the battery installed and it is back in operation.My salute to the customer care they have and appreciate the response. Wish them all the best and wish they keep up the same trend.Added on 5th June 2026:This product is amazing. It woks even now for 6 years daily it switches ON & OFF. Great Customer service and excellent product. Highly recommended.

I wanted automatic watering system for plants. Since my application was a very low power just this switch was enough but i am confident if i want to set a system for a garden i can easily patch this up with a contactor and be free of worry of being worn out from load of a induction motor.In short it's versatile and very useful
