This is an easy way to add nutrition to your family’s meals! It does have that slight typical metallic taste so be careful not to add too much to your pan of ground beef. It’s best to sprinkle once the meat is cooked a bit.

This is my favorite desiccated liver powder. I capsule these on my own to save some money because I'm not a fan of the taste. I'm sure, however, that you can add a small amount to your protein shakes and not even notice it. This is super effective, so much so that my iron levels which were pretty low are now getting back to normal levels. It's nice micronized size powder, not sure how they get it so fine but I love it. It digests very well, even though sometimes I can kind of burp it up, its nothing crazy and goes away quick. It doesn't really have a smell to it, but I guess if you get it wet it might? The powder is great because I have trouble eating liver.

This does stink, but I’ve noticed a huge improvement in liver function since I started using it and that is what keeps me using it. I’m on my second container. I love mixing it in eggs, soups and sauces. It really gives it a nice flavor in my opinion. Sometimes I’ll mix it in water, but I prefer mixing it in foods because it does clump in water. It surely tastes much better mixing it in with other foods.

While in my first trimester of pregnancy I found out my iron levels are low, so midwife suggested beef liver. I was going to purchase the capsules but the powder was a way better price point. Thought I was hesitant because of all the reviews saying the taste was horrible, I figured i’d give it a try and if not I already have empty veggie capsules to use. I have to say I used it in my smoothie and the taste hardly changed. The smell isn’t even that bad, to me it smells kind of earthy. My husband said it smells like fish food lol. I will update review after finding out if iron levels go up and this helps!

This supplement is amazing! It’s such an easy way to add vitamins and minerals naturally. I mix it into food, and my kids can’t even tell — there’s no strong taste. I love that it’s clean, grass-fed, and provides a noticeable energy and wellness boost for the whole family. A total win.

This tastes absolutely awful. I’m honestly not sure why I chose to get the powder over the capsules because I should have known something like this probably wouldn’t taste good. It says on the container you can use in smoothies so I tried that and I couldn’t even drink it. I’m very disappointed. I’ve used one scoop out of it and I can’t return it.
