Very versatile Crab Paste
Crab paste on top of California Roll is very good. On top of baked potato, very good, on tuna salad, very good. On top of imitation crab sticks, very good. Also on: fried rice, hardboiled egg, spaghetti, chip dip, steak, toast and added to balsamic dressing. Flavor is a good balance of garlic and crab. I'm not sure why it is so red, I think they add paprika to it.

Not as good as I expected
I bought this to cook with fresh crab meat, it is different with the real crab flavor, and pretty oily. It didn’t add much flavor to my food.
