A: I would think it’s dependent on the temperature and weather conditions.  It is a warm shirt and is usually fine inside even if it’s cold outdoors.

A: arter's clothing is manufactured overseas, and the bulk of their clothing is manufactured in Cambodia, China, Vietnam, and Bangladesh, all countries that experience problems with polluting factories and poor labor conditions for many workers.—I googled this answer. Will look for another brand next time.

**Q: Why is everything saying may arrive after christmas**
A: Really. Either they are out of stock. Or you just ordered too late. Do they offer accelerated delivery?
