i lost the paper to reset code can anyone post it for me ?> i am trying to access it for some reason my password is not working and there is no open

This was bought as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old. First, it is super fun for him. He was excited to have a "secret code" to have to get into his piggy bank. It was a little bit of a challenge to figure out how to change the code on it and get it working as it doesn't come with instructions (at least ours didnt) outside of two sentences on the box. I will give some tips: The initial starting code is "0000". I figured this out as a lucky guess after it kept telling us it needed a code to get into it immediately. After that, you can open the safe, press the key button and create your own code. We still haven't quite figured out all of the features...he somehow set an alarm to go off daily, and we can't figure out how to reset it. The alarm shuts off quickly, just how it got set in the first place is beyond me.

Ok. Settle in kids this ones a doosey. I was so excited for this item that I glossed over the bad reviews, boy was that a mistake. When I first put the batteries in to use it I couldn’t get the door to open. I read the instructions over and over again. I tried everything. Eventually I gave up and thought, let me try to take the screw out and open it up, at least I can get my change out. To my surprise! It was not that simple. Even though I took the screws out I still had to jam my fingers in the top to push it open. Ok. Now with it opened I realized it looked like a piece wasn’t in the right space so it was kind of blocking the opening function. I fixed it and the problem was gone! I was excited! So then I tried to put a dollar in but that function wasn’t working either. It looked like there wasn’t enough power behind the wheels, usually that’s an easy fix (my brother tinkers in mechanical engineering) so I thought, I fixed it once why not try again. Whew... I opened the back of the door and it was wrecked. Nothing was soldered down. Everything was loose so the gears kept moving out of place. No wonder it wasn’t working. I thought about soldering it but I honestly didn’t want to do all that work, and the pieces weren’t too stable anyway. I’m sad because the idea is cute and I would’ve liked it to have worked. I eventually threw it out because I didn’t think I could return it lol. Save your money and buy something else. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

My son loves this private bank vault. He can set a password and it makes him feel a little bit older. He loves to count the coins and money he has inside. It makes noise like a bank vault and is a good size for other collectible items. It’s a great educational gift for kids.

We have purchased 2 of these safes for our boys who absolutely love them. It is a great product. Very cool for a kid 4-10 to be able to lock away their treasures or money. It's very easy to reset when they forget the code too. BUT my major issue with this product is that for some reason it also has a time function and an ALARM CLOCK. Now, there is no clock face so unless you push #7, you would not even know what the time is. So it has no useful time function. But if your child accidentally pushes #8, an ALARM CLOCK turns on. You can be certain that the time won't be correct since it never occurred to you that this safe has a time function to begin with. Our entire family has been ripped from our sleep on 6 separate occasions because this stupid safe's completely unnecessary alarm clock has gone off in the middle of the night. My question to the manufacturers - WHY IS THERE AN ALARM CLOCK FUNCTION ON THIS SAFE???? In fact, NO children's toy should have any alarm functionality at all, let alone a toy that does not actually have a use as a clock. So in conclusion - if you want a super cool safe for your young child, this safe is perfect. Just know, that when you least expect it, a loud beeping will wake up you and your entire family when you lease expect it.

Not the best quality and the finger print is not an actual finger print but my 8 year old son loves it.

We ordered two of these. The first one - the buttons stopped working on the second day. The second one - we can punch in any passcode and it opens the Piggy Bank. The kids are very disappointed and it has been a waste.

When the safes door is open it tips forward, but a few rolls of coins stops that. My son loves it and his friend ordered one after seeing his.

Unfortunately within a month of having this item which was a Christmas present for my 7 yr old, the bank stopped opening. I have a very disappointed little boy who thought this was the coolest present.

Don’t buy this !! I have this to my son for his bday . It literally worked a few times and now all bottom buttons are not working . Total garbage
