Best under sink water filter I've found. Have had this model since 2019 and it works great. Easy to change and reasonably priced filters and they last a long time.

I love my RO system, it is a wonderful addition to the home and the flavor is great! I really like the length of the filters and that they are very cost efficient. The only complaint that I have is that the instructions were absolutely terrible! They did not make any sense whatsoever. Thankfully I was able to find a video on Youtube that better explained the process. In addition, I called to verify that once replacing stage 1-3 you do not need to drain your system, they said you do not, but I found there to be a lot of debris and floaters in the water after following their guidelines. I ended up draining the whole system and it was back to normal! Now that I know how to do the replacement, it will be much easier from now on.

We've been using a reverse osmosis system since 2020 (just 2 months less than 6 years as I write this) and our system uses this filter set. We have had absolutely NO PROBLEMS with our system and these filters. They claim 6 months to a year usage per set of filters, but our filters have lasted much longer, multiple years, and I do check the water quality with a TDS meter every few months in order to decide when to change the filter set. It's fairly easy to change the filters but our system is easily accessible in the basement directly under the kitchen sink where the system's faucet is located in the kitchen.

Installed this for my elderly parents who were initially purchasing cases of 1 gallon drinking water (of which I had to hoist upstairs and place for them). It was far too cumbersome, not to mention, wasteful of plastic bottles. Since installing, the filters lasted us 8 months. That's ~$10/month. Not bad for extremely refreshing, wonderful tasting drinking water. I use this water for my Breville Barista Pro every morning for exquisite-tasting espressos and can rest assured that I'm receiving the best there is. Easy to install. My only precaution is to prepare a big enough tub to place your system in and once you unscrew each filter, water may spill out. It's a bit fiddly, but nothing this non-DIY-er can't handle. I think I replaced it (from opening the box to throwing out the old filters) in less than 1 hour! Be sure to test the water running before placing it back under the sink in case of any leaks so you can adjust the tightening of each. I was a bit concerned right after replacement of the water pressure (it was dribbling coming out), but after the initial 15 minutes, I left it alone, and in 2 hours, the water pressure was as strong as ever. Can't recommend this enough, and now I've set myself a notification on my calendar 7 months in advance so that I can anticipate its next replacement. Super simple!

We moved into a new house that has city water. We ordered this system shortly after and I installed it under the kitchen sink. Installation was very easy. After 8 months of use it was apparent that the filters were getting clogged by the low water flow and then not at all. I replaced the three main filters and will replace the other two when needed. I am expecting the filters to last longer this time due to the fact that I installed a new water softener.
