Great tools to help with ocd

This book is really helping me deal with both my ocd/bdd symptoms by following the principles and rules in combating such debilitating disorders. The examples and worksheets regarding ERP, act and commitment, mindfulness, and so forth are all helpful in both understanding OCD better and then by practicing the exercises in it, weakening it. I would highly recommend this book to anyone out there who is struggling with OCD-- Get it. Read it. Practice it-- It can change your life for the better!-MS

It’s a helpful book for OCD

My therapist recommended this book. We work through it together at my pace and it has gone very well so far. It teaches you about ocd and helps target difficulties specific to you. Highly recommend!

I bought this for a loved one and I am hopeful for them that they find answers they were looking for in its pages. I browsed through it and it seemed to be full of scenarios and information.

Only about a third way through this book as it is a work book but this has helped me learn so much about OCD and how to help
