Great chocolate

The taste is delicious...creamy, rich. It would be great for cakes and baked goods. The one thing, however, is that it was a little bit clumpy in my buttercream. It wasn't bad enough to ruin it or anything. It still tasted delicious, but I noticed it. Maybe I could try sifting it next time. I'm just not sure if that would work or not, since cocoa powder is usually so fine already.
