If you have Ram Mount I highly encourage you to order an extra set and keep them on hand. Regularly inspect the rubber grips on your mount as with regular use they can develop a crease and fail. I saw the split and thought nothing of it. Two grips gave way at the same time and my phone fell from my mount as I was riding on my scooter. All this going to church and having an Otter case saved my phone from being damaged. Shout out to Otter Cases! Ram Mount makes a quality product. If you use it everyday it will eventually wear down. Just pay attention to the condition of the grips. Just sayin'!

Great replacement tips for the x-grip. Unlike the first ones I had, these came with a small tube of adhesive. Now I won't be pulling them off and losing them when I remove my phone. USE THE GLUE!

I purchased an SV650 that came with this mount and was able to keep track of the rubber mounts until recently when I lost two of them. I was beyond stoked to see these replacements available to keep me from having to purchase a new mount. I purchased these and followed others’ feedback on using a better adhesive. I used Gorilla Glue gel glue and the new mounts are solid. I’ve got two other replacements ready for when the next one(s) fail. Thanks RAM Mounts for making these available so we can refurbish our own phone mounts.

Perfect replacement caps they fit perfectly and no problems if you need them as I did due to losing some of the originals until I learned to glue them on.

I am disabled in a power chair and I use the RAM Mounts X-Grip phone holder. I connects right to the arm of my power chair and I have an iPhone 7plus which is a large phone and it has a Otter Box phone case on it making it even larger. The RAM Mount X-Grip phone holder, holds it perfectly without having to remove my Otter Box case. This phone holder is SUPER durable. I can't tell you how many times I have accidentally bashed this holder against door frames, counter tops and many other objects over the past 6 years and it has never broken. I used it all the time and sometimes these rubber tips will wear out. All I have to do is pull off the old one, use a knife to scrape off any residue on the metal arm, put a few drops of super glue into the hole on the new rubber tip, slide it on, wait a few minutes and it's ready to use again. It's honestly the best phone holder I have ever used! I highly recommend it for anyone that wants to mount this to anything for a hands free phone experience.

Packaging was good and arrived on time. A quick drying adhesive is also included. Do not forget to apply ample amount of adhesive before fixing the post caps. The stock X-Grip post caps were not glued and the cap was plucked out by someone.

Received it as advertised, quickly and in good condition. Use a small drop of instant glue before putting them in the phone support holder
