The powder does not mix too well with water or non-fat milk but for all intents and purposes, it does work as intended. The flavor is just okay.

Great tasting and easy to digest. I do one scoop with milk before bed and it goes down easily.

Exceeds my expectations thus far, its helped me reduce insulin spikes and keep me full through my sleep cycles so I'm not waking up in three middle of the night craving. I've lost 10lbs of fat with the support of ALLMAX. Throughout my workout and at night provides great options for protein use . Highly recommend

Im sure its great as far as the protein goes however. Good lord does this taste like bland tums and chalk. Worste tasting powder ever. No chocolate overtones. Just really rough. That said if you like the taste of bcaa’s straight mixed with calcium powder this stuff is for you! Also note you may be here stirring for a good 30 minutes to get this stuff to mix. So its kinda like a post workout workout / pre bedtime workout... so maybe my arms needed that?

Yo! I don't buy protein for taste...I don't write reviews for supplements...BUT....I simply must. This is the worst protein powder I've had in 20 plus years of using protein. It tastes nothing like traditional protein...look on the back and they added coconut creamer? To make it artificialy frothy? They actually say that on the package. Who does that. It's awful. Don't buy this. Don't give this to your dog. Don't give it to your worst enemy. Just awful man. Typically a solid brand too...

it doesn't mix well, ive tried both water and milk with a blender but the texture will still always be grainy. I give it 4 stars because it does the job for me. im only using it to hold my appetite and muscle retention over night sleep. one cup is enough, you don't need much. a decent budget buy if you can get past the grainy texture.

I’ve been using this mainly for baking and it’s been great — works really well in protein pancakes, muffins, or mixed into oats. Adds a nice chocolate flavor and a good texture once cooked or mixed into thicker recipes.That said, I wouldn’t recommend it for regular shakes. I tried mixing it with milk and it came out pretty grainy and sandy, no matter how much I shook it. Not the smoothest drinking experience.

Casien. Slow digestive high quality protien. Does it work? Ontop of training like a lunatic and diet with recovery.. couldn't hurt. Taste, no where as good as Whey, doesn't mix as well. Shake the st out of it, you'll be fine, sunshine.

The casein mixes so well that I use it exclusively for my overnight oats. It has a much creamier texture than whey protein. The flavour is great, and it is a good amount for the cost. I like that the scoop snaps in the top of the container so I don't have to keep digging around for it. I will get this again when I need more.
