I’m 81 and at the stage of life when I have to ask ‘Alexa’ what day it is, so when I saw this clock, I thought this was just the job - and it is! The instructions are clear, the operating buttons are easily accessible and clearly marked with arrows ‘up’, ‘down’, ‘sideways’ and ‘ok’ and ‘menu’ with the centrally placed ‘ok’ button when things are set as you want them - which makes setting up the clock very easy. The screen is very clear and I can see the display from one end of the room to the other without wearing glasses which is very useful. The only thing I don’t like is the little plastic bar which acts as the prop which is too small and set at one side of the back instead of centrally. The clock would be perfect if it had a more substantial stand but then that would probably raise the current reasonable price! In short, a very useful, honest sort of clock for us Elders and I’m very glad I bought it!

Well if this is a clock for people with dementia bring it on! Opened the box plugged it in and all set, right time, right day, right icons. I've not played with any setting or the menu but am so pleased with it. It's not that huge and gives me so much more information than my old clock, which basically told the time. Can't find any fault with it so 5 stars. If there had been an option to buy it in black casing I'd have probably gone for that, but functionally it's all I was hoping for, clear concise and easy to read.

I opened the box, plugged it in and it did just as displayed. I love it. My Mom will love it. Superb and simple but will make a huge difference to my Mom's life. Recommended.

Bought for my 97 year old mother . It is excellent. She is made up with it. I plugged it in and all the correct information appeared on the screen immediately. The time was 1 hour out but it was so simple to change the time using the buttons on the reverse side. Would definitely recommend.

I found this clock very easy to set up. I'm 75 and had no problem. But it is easier to actually go through the menu scrolling process than to read what to do. And it worked as soon as I plugged it in. ie, right time, date etc. I only have one drawback with this item. And this is the numbered day of the month. I feel that it should be closer to the name of the month, and a little larger. From across the room, this is about the only detail that I had a problem reading. And for some strange reason, it has a comma next to it. I haven't been through all of the menu. Right now, I don't feel the need.

Would recommend, easy to read the display from a distance I noticed that some people have a problem with the yearly time change twice a year, Press menu and scroll down to daylight saving time, make sure that you clock is set to United Kingdom, you can alter the country by pressing the arrow on the far right of the screen, that should now change twice a year

I have bought 2 of these clocks for gifts after seeing one at a relatives house, they are brilliant, clear display with all the information needed, they are exceptionally good for older people even if they do not have dementia, easy to set up and neat in size. I would recommend this clock and I have now purchased one for myself

I bought this for my elderly mum to help her remember appointments. It arrived within 2 days of ordering. Was super easy to set up the dates and time with the basic menu functions. I think my mum may have struggled with this though as the buttons were on the back of the device. The display is big and bold and easy to read. Runs off mains power which is great as no batteries required. My mum was very happy with it.
