Great value from an established supplier
I felt comfortable installing this generic UV water sanitizer lamp for our whole house Viqua system. This light needs to be replaced annually. The first year I used the OEM part. Last year, the supplier was unable to get OEM and substituted a compatible generic lamp. This year that generic lamp cost nearly as much as the OEM so I went shopping. The shipping speed was much faster than Amazon estimated, probably since I am close to the distributor. This distributor sells equipment for landscape ponds and the like where similar purifiers are used so I felt comfortable using their private branded replacement. It was nice that it came with the quartz tube which I am holding as a spare. I check mine every time and it fortunately has stayed clean and undamaged but always good to have a spare on hand. I will definitely be looking to this supplier for future annual replacements if they are able to keep the price reasonable.
