It makes it very convenient to quickly connect and disconnect a high current connection. The connector itself is definitely well built - it was easy to assemble the connector side on the wire and secure the base side to a plate. The other end of the static side allows for an easy ring lug to clamp to it. The locking aspect of the connector works well, it holds securely and releases quickly with the latch button. The connector also does swivel easily when installed. While it is claimed this connector can support 100A it is much smaller than other 100A connectors of other brands so personally I would not use it for that much current. Overall though, this is a very affordable great connector for high current scenarios! Review: Did not work with my server rack battery - Sounded like a great idea. Use these connectors to create my own 'quick connect' cables for my server rack battery. Unfortunately they did not work. First off the terminal would not fit the M6 battery bolts so I had to increase the size of the hole to bolt the regular 5/16 cable to this adapter. Most importantly, the end of the connector is hard plastic and (you guessed it) was too large to fit into the battery terminal. So in the end the product was modified and not useable. Don't waste your money in these.

Convenient connector
This connector is very similar to some popular high current connectors such as the Radlock. It makes it very convenient to quickly connect and disconnect a high current connection. The connector itself is definitely well built - it was easy to assemble the connector side on the wire and secure the base side to a plate. Did not work with my server rack battery
Sounded like a great idea. Use these connectors to create my own 'quick connect' cables for my server rack battery. Unfortunately they did not work. First off the terminal would not fit the M6 battery bolts so I had to increase the size of the hole to bolt the regular 5/16 cable to this adapter. Most importantly, the end of the connector is hard plastic and (you guessed it) was too large to fit into the battery terminal. So in the end the product was modified and not useable. Don't waste your money in these.
