I love the fold up feature which keeps the cleaner side from Touching the dirtier floor side. The light pink gets visible dirt on it , but it wipes off easily with water. This mat is thick and a good size. It does not slip. I use it for Pilates and yoga.

Great cushion support. Easy to clean and fold to store. It seems a little thin and flimsy for the price at first but I’ve used this mat consistently for a couple weeks now and it’s holding up nicely!

This is a nicely weighted, comfortable, and perfectly sized yoga mat. Great for beginners (like me) who are still working on getting their stances and balance just right. I like that these ones fold rather than roll up like others. It helps the mat sit flat on the ground as soon as you take it out instead of having curled edges. That being said, the folding style takes up a bit more room in storage or carrying around. Overall though, the quality of this is far better than some of the other entry level yoga mats I've tried.

I used this for a few yoga and stretching sessions at home. The mat is thick and feels cushy on knees and elbows, and the surface has enough grip that my hands did not slide. It folds up, which is nice for storing in a closet. The texture feels soft but not sticky. Because it is thick, the folds do not lay perfectly flat at first and it takes a few minutes to settle. There was a mild rubber smell out of the box that faded after a day. It is a bit bulky to carry compared to a rolled mat. On a hard floor the extra padding is noticeable and my knees appreciated it. I also tried it on carpet and it still felt stable. If you want something to toss in a backpack, this is not it. For home use, it is comfortable. The folded creases soften over time and feel less noticeable after a week. I also used it for light Pilates and it stayed in place.

Finally I can do the all the poses without pain in my joints! And folding like an accordion keeps the public gym floor off the parts that I'm putting my face on. (I've always cringed when I'd roll up a mat mixing both sides together--yuck!) It's incredibly made well. I'm also able to use it in my yard so I don't feel sticks and stones underneath. I love this big, extra thick yoga mat by Paidu!

I have honestly been looking for a quality yoga mat for years, not just for doing yoga at home, but for doing exercise videos on YouTube and on streaming services. Most of the traditional yoga mats don't work well for me since I have back issues and some minor knee issues, leaving me feeling like most mats do nothing more than just keep me from getting dirty on the floor. This mat did truly everything I needed without being a giant space hog. First, let's get into the feel of this yoga mat. It is nice and spongy, reminding me more of a high-end memory foam mat (similar to the ones you use for standing in the kitchen or at a stand-up work desk). It has that nice amount of give to help you feel comfortable when you are on your knees or lying down. It is so comfortable that my husband is threatening to steal it anytime he has to get on the floor to do plumbing work! Since I am only 5'3, it allows me to easily maneuver on the mat without worrying about getting dirty or being concerned about my back on a tough surface. Also, the mat itself is very easy to clean. I wipe it off with a wet cleaning cloth and am good to go! What really makes this yoga mat shine to me, though, is its easy storage design. It folds up easily and fits in a closet, allowing me to store it easily when it is not in use, but also get it out without asking for help. This easy design is important for me since I typically have to do aerobics in front of a television, leaving our living room the easiest place to work in my house (we don't have a dedicated exercise room and very little storage space). Its easy fold design is perfect for those of us living in smaller homes or apartments! The only negative I would give this mat is that it isn't designed for transport. If you are looking for a traditional mat that will fit in a yoga bag or that you can carry with you to a class, this is not for you. It is more designed for a home gym or for turning a small area of your home into a yoga or aerobic area.

This PAIDU folding mat is exactly as advertised and truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve been using it for over a month, and it still looks and feels brand new. The quality is outstanding, it’s thick, supportive, and incredibly comfortable for workouts, stretching, or even just sitting on. I absolutely love that it doesn’t have any strong chemical smell (actually, no smell at all), which is rare for mats like this. The non-slip double texture works perfectly, no sliding around during exercise, and the material feels durable and eco-friendly. The extra thickness (10 mm) makes a huge difference for joint support; my knees, elbows, and especially my tailbone feel completely cushioned and pain-free now. It’s also super easy to fold and store, much more convenient than the typical rolled yoga mats. Because it folds flat, I can even use it as a raised seat pad, which is another bonus! The only small downside is that it’s a bit bulkier to transport compared to traditional mats, but for home use, it’s absolutely perfect. Overall, this is a high-quality, versatile, and ultra-comfortable mat that’s worth every penny. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back to traditional yoga mats again. Highly recommend it!

Als Vine Produkt Tester auf diesen Artikel gestoßen. Die Rahmenbedingungen waren simpel. Groß, dick und seinen Preis wert. Der Einsatzbereich: Indoor im Hauseigenen Gym für Dehn- und Streckübungen. Das Material: Hier gab es die erste Überraschung. War ich doch vom Herstellernamen voreingenommen, habe ich eine Matte mit einem extrem penetranten Chemischen Geruch erwartet. Dieser war hier nicht für eine Sekunde geben. Okay, die Matte roch auch nicht nach Rosenwasser. Sie ist tatsächlich weitgehend Geruchsneutral. Das einzige wonach sie roch war: frisch hergestellt. Das alleine reicht natürlich nicht aus um 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Das Material selbst ist wichtig. Und hier stellte ich fest, die Matte, bzw. deren Verarbeitung, ist weit weg von BILLIG. Ja, es gibt teurere und vielleicht auch dickere, doch diese langt bei weitem für den Hausgebrauch aus. Unter dem Aspekt bin ich wirklich zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Die Produktbeschreibung: Wie vom Verkäufer beschrieben. Größe und Dicke stimmen fast auf den mm mit den Angaben des Verkäufers überein. Ich vermag nicht zu beurteilen ob diese Matte wirklich schonend aus Ressourcen mit bereits im Umlauf befindlichen Materialien hergestellt wurde, doch sie ist bequem, praktisch und wirklich leicht zu säubern. Hinweis: Ich bin kein Freund von "spezieller Sportbekleidung aus PET-Flaschen" und trage grundsätzlich nur Baumwollkleidung im Gym, beim Joggen und auf der Matte. Dadurch gibt es schon mal Farbrückstände auf der hellen Matte. Diese lassen sich aber mit einem feuchten Mikrofasertuch schnell entfernen. Mein Tip, wenn das stört, lieber eine Matte in einem gedeckteren oder dunklen Ton bestellen. Die Sterne: Stern 1: Sehr schnelle und zuverlässige Lieferung Stern 2: Artikel wie vom Verkäufer beschrieben Stern 3: Keine üblen chemischen Gerüche. Schafft vertrauen wenn die Haut auf der Matte aufliegt. Stern 4: Minimalistische Verpackung Stern 5: Von guter Qualität FAZIT: Es gibt Dinge die man nicht im Gym macht. Dazu zählen Dehn- und Streckübungen auf den Gym eigenen Matten, wo zig-Leute ihren Schweiß gelassen haben. Uahhh... Diese Matte schafft Abhilfe, ist Praktisch und sieht dabei noch gut aus. Besonders gefällt mir das es eine Faltbare ist, die sich nach Gebrauch nicht wieder aufrollt. Je nach Übung lässt sich die Matte auf die entsprechende Größe falten, so das der Oberkörper jederzeit auf der Matte liegen kann. Bei Übungen wo der Kopf etwas höher liegt, eignet sie sich sehr gut. Das erspart mir das holen von Unterlagen wie Kissen o.ä. Das einzige was ich vermisse ist eine Transporttasche. Leider nicht im Lieferumfang dabei. Hier mein Appell an den Hersteller, bitte liefert eine Transporttasche mit. Kommen wie zum Preis. Ich kannte weder die Marke, noch den Hersteller, also aus meiner Sicht ein no-name Produkt. Klar hatte ich bedenken ob der Verkaufspreis gerechtfertigt ist. Ziehe ich nun ein Resume in Bezug auf Verarbeitung, Materialien etc. komme ich nicht umher zu sagen das sich die Namhaften Hersteller eine Scheibe abschneiden können. (Meine alte war von einem Namhaften und sehr teuren Sportartikelhersteller). Diese Matte kostet 59,90 € und sie ist jeden Cent wert. Mit ruhigem Gewissen kann ich hier eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

A nice, thick yoga mat. It's super comfortable and has great padding, so my knees don't hurt even when used on a hard floor. I also don't slip on it, even with fluffy socks which is great. The fold design is cool, but I don't think it adds anything and the mat would still be the same of it rolled up

This mat is excellent for protecting my knees, hands and back as I have arthritis. It’s also very light which is great for me. Now I don’t need extra pads for protection.

Diese faltbare Yogamatte ist super für meine mittelalten Gelenke. Ich benötigte nach jahrelangem Training auf den herkömmlichen Matten eine Alternative für meine mittlerweile doch empfindlichen Knöchel, Knie und Sehnenansätze. Diese sind gerade an der Achillessehne und den Hüften, wo die Schleimbeutel sitzen, extrem druckempfindlich geworden, was letztlich eine normale Alterserscheinung ist, die ich aber dennoch adressieren musste. Beholfen hatte ich mir bei den betreffenden Asanas mit einer untergelegten Meditationsmatte, was aber auch keine Dauerlösung sein konnte, da es bei den liegenden Rückbeugen zu Problemen mit der Statik der Nackenwirbelsäule kam. Egal, was ich probierte, es blieb schwierig. Diese Matte ist tatsächlich ein großartiger Problemlöser, da sie 1. nicht so dick ist wie die üblichen Gymnastikmatten, die man findet und die nicht taugen, da sie zu dick und nachgiebig sind, und daher z.B. für die Verankerung der Füße und das Körpergefühl völlig ungeeignet sind. 2. hat sie eine angenehme Oberfläche und Haptik. Das Material ist nicht zu weich, sondern so kompakt, dass es beim Draufstehen oder -liegen nicht wabbelt. 3. ist die Dicke gut austariert. Man hat sofort Entlastung an den Knien und Knöcheln, und kann sich gut in die Asanas begeben, ohne ein Fremdkörpergefühl unter sich zu haben. Da ich teilweise auch Yin-Yoga oder Restorative Yoga übe, wo man Stellungen lange einnimmt, ist dies ein eindeutiges Pro. Die Matte ist außerdem sehr leicht faltbar und lässt sich gut bei meinen Yoga Props verstauen. Auch die Farbe ist sehr schön, natürlich und entspricht der Produktbeschreibung. Die Matte ist völlig geruchlos und gut abwischbar, sollte ich sie im Garten benutzen. Auch die Rutschfestigkeit ist überzeugend! Ein ganz tolles Teil, was ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen möchte!

This is very good quality mat which is appreciably better than my previous one in that it is significantly bigger and doesn’t move at all when I’m moving around on it. It is narrow in depth but still very cushioning and comfortable to lie on. It folds out and lies flat well due to the preformed folds (as opposed to roll out mat). Very lightweight to carry also and easy to store due to its foldable design. Only thing that prevents me from awarding five stars is the slightly steep price and lack of a carrying handle or cover which would have been handy.
