These are really that good. My friend gave me some that she ordered in the wrong size. They were so great, I ordered them for my guest room and every guest comments on the wonderful sheets. Seriously, you spend so much of your life in bed, get these sheets for an even better night’s sleep. You don’t know what you’re missing!

So here's the REAL deal on these sheets my friends... Product arrived right on time, packaged well. Upon removing them from packaging I immediately placed in washer on COLD QUICK CYCLE WITH VERY MINIMAL DYE/SCENT FREE DETERGENT, HALF STANDARD AMOUNT DYE/SCENT FREE SOFTENER, AND HALF STANDARD AMOUNT OF SCENT CRYSTALS. THEN PLACED IN DRYER ON STANDARD HIGH HEAT TUMBLE DRY. Upon removing sheets from dryer I immediately placed on queen, pillowtop mattress bed. These sheets are FANTASTIC to say the least! These sheets fit the aforementioned bed aptly, with no extra effort to stretch/pull getting them on but also no massive overhanging of fabric. They have a supple thickness to them, indicative of a quality thread count and fabric. For those of us lay-people with only a general understanding of thread counts, weaves, blends, etc and a lack of desire to become a PHD in bedding, I can verify an ACTUAL THREAD COUNT of 800, and yes it's real cotton. The texture is smooth on your skin, however be aware that after drying these sheets one needs to IMMEDIATELY place them on the bed otherwise they will wrinkle up on you. These sheets breathe fairly well and are light enough to use year round in pretty much any climate but maintain the aforementioned thickness to the point when placing the flat sheet on the bed it drapes nicely as you toss it out as opposed to say a thinner/less thread count sheet that floats around and requires two to three flaps to get it to lay right. I purchased and received a white set and can verify the color is accurate with no stains of any kind on the sheets. In fact, the white set has a nice luster to the color that almost gives off a shimmering white color further bolstering the high-end perception of these sheets. Now, here's the "secret" to buying sheets/bedding online... If you read the reviews for these sheets or any of the dozens of others your head can start to spin with the wide range of enthusiastically positive all the way to downright pissed-off and therefore make the purchase feel like a gamble. Here's how you hedge your bet to ensure you have a chance to give one of those enthusiastically positive reviews - read the reviews but more importantly look at the DATES the reviews were written. You'll find the positive to negative goes in blocks of time you can actually pinpoint. This is based on the "runs" the manufacturer/vendor is producing the product within. On THIS particular sheet set the most negative reviews are all in a block of time in 2013, as opposed to the most positive reviews are all within the last 90 days. Ie; if your looking for a QUALITY SET OF SHEETS AT AN EXTREMELY REASONABLE NON_DEPARTMENT STORE PRICE AND BE THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED you can buy these sheets and sleep soundly, no pun intended...

These sheets from Superior are actually very comfortable, I've very much enjoyed these sheets, the way they feel, the smooth softness etc and I'd like to buy many more sets for all my properties. In February 2017 I got a queen set for 44.60 and now they are selling for well over 140! These sheets are some of the most comfortable sheets I've ever owned for the price; However I don't feel comfortable getting price-gouged when they were once available for less than 50. If a seller drops the price to 50 or less do yourself a favor and get a set or two. Otherwise, don't get ripped off. They are worth 50 and nothing more.

I don't really understand the bad reviews, I bought a queen in burgundy for 31 dollars . I have bought the same kind of 1000 thread count sheets from another seller for 120 dollars 3 years ago. I love the heaviness and crisp feeling of these kinds of sheets. I also have bamboo sheets when I am in the mood for something softer or hot summers, but really prefer these types of sheets. Reminds me of the cotton sheets we had when I was a kid. The pockets are plenty good( I have a sleep number mattress) and length and with are good, no problems fitting my mattress. Color is a true burgundy and took them right of the dryer so minimize wrinkles, but they are cotton so they will have wrinkles They are thick and heavy and great price. Couldn't ask for better

I purchased some 1000 TC sheets a few years ago from another online supplier who sells overstocked items. Loved them, but they don't carry them still, so looked on Amazon. Found these in white. Going to white for the crisp, fresh look, plus the ability to use bleach to keep them looking nice. These are very nice and seem to be of high quality. Washed and dried the set before using. Came out beautifully. I am back to buy 2 more sets for our other beds. Says temporarily out of stock, but the first set came in less than a week. For those who are trying high TC sheets for the first time, they are thicker and perhaps a bit warmer than regular 3-400 TC you usually see. But, I live in Texas and do not find them overly warm. Try them. I think you will be pleased.

I have purchased 1,000 count thread sheets before and they have been much softer than these. However, that said, these are certainly very comfortable and are of high quality, thick but breathable cotton. And they're a great value for the price. I would buy them again.

Excelente sheet, Very confortable

I’ve had these for a month. I’ve washed them every week like all of my previous sheets. They are already falling apart and it looks like poor quality control. I’m not sure what you call this but you can see how the threads are coming apart. I’m not rough on my sheets and the areas in question are not at the foot of the bed or the side where they’d be snagged. I guess I’ll use them until they fall apart but I’m unhappy considering the almost 300$ cost.

Not slippery - soft - body but breathes too

The quality of the sheets is bad. Sheets feel rough on the skin, like bad flannel thread that scratches, and they are very warm. I washed it and it still didn't soften up. I do not recommend this product.

Love the feel of these sheets. Softer with each wash.

Honestly it's not that great. It basically feels like a regular slightly cheap cotton t-shirt. I like the elastic that goes around the entire mattress rather than just corners like my old one. I think I might still go back to my old one in terms of softness and breathability, and for reference i got my last one from walmart for $25.
