I must say that this case is the best so far, and they seem to improve the quality and function of these wallet cases.So I just received the case a few days ago, and it comes packaged pretty well, wrapped up in plastic then inside of a pouch made to protect the case, and then packed with foam and covered with more plastic wrap. Pretty much guarantees case will be undamaged.As for the quality of the case......very nice looking and feeling Italian Leather with good looking stitching, an ID slot plus two credit card slots and a full length area for some cash and or receipts. The side that hold the phone is soft and bends just enough to easily install or remove phone, and is made from a soft enough material to prevent scratching. Also this iPulse case has raised function buttons that are covered and line up perfectly with power switch, volume up and down and also Bixby buttons. Previous iPulse cases just had cut out openings for buttons. This newer design is better I think. Plus the bottom of this area appears a little thicker to better provide protection if dropped.The magnetic closure strips works well and just close and keep the case closed when you are not using phone. Great idea that works well. I had another brand of case that was premium leather but had no closure device.....and phone did a face dive on the screen on my slate floor. $100 later with insurance I had a new phone. This iPulse case will probably protect against that.I carry my phone in back pocket most of the time, and remove it from pocket when sitting. My previous iPulse cases have held up well and even look a little better with some character in the leather with use. Additionally, I wanted to be able to use my wireless charger and have access to the S pen - AND I wanted to be able to use the case as a stand when watching videos. BUT... $40? ...when "wallet" cases can be had for about $12? Fact is, I searched and searched and NONE had ALL the features I wanted - regardless of price - until I found this one. IT'S WORTH THE PRICE! Real leather, quality stitching, phone protection, wireless charging, S pen, easy (working) fingerprint access, video stand, secure clasp, credit cards, ID, cash, AND speaker holes. It doesn't interfere with my screen protector. NICE and COMPACT- even with ID, Costco card, two credit cards, and a few bills. Very classy look. I'm ordering another one right now - not because I don't think this will last, but because I carry this all the time in my front pocket and don't expect it to last forever. I just don't want to think about settling for something less should I one day decide to replace this and find it's no longer available. Delivery was quicker than notifications indicated it would be. Mine is black the Samsung Note 9 512 GB is blue. I added a screen protector (impact-rated glass) since tripping sometimes happens with the phone in use - in this product's case, with the wallet top panel open. Does the phone land back first or face first? I didn't want to beg my odds so I got the glass - I do recommend it anyway.As other reviewers have stated:1. premium feel2. premium look3.
