Would this work on a 2013-Kawasaki zx6r?

Yes one of the three screws should work lengthwise. The size 8mm is what kawasaki uses for the most part on the handle bars and several other spots on the handle bars

is the hole wide enough to use a m10 bolt?

I don't believe so. IF you look at the pics on RAM site you will see the bolt head fills the opening of the ball.

Works on a bmw 310 Gs 2020?

I had this mounted to my 2018 BMW G 310 R, and it worked great. I'd imagine it would work just fine for a G 310 GS.

Will it fit a ktm super duke?

Should fit. Just installed one on my KTM Duke 390. 2016 model. I moved the mount over from my 2012 Ducati Multistrada and it fit perfectly. So I'm assuming the M8 bolts are a pretty universal size.
