These are very good to use to keep blood sugar stable. They will not bring blood sugar to normal on the first bottle. You will need to purchase more bottles to hope to reach an A1C of below 6.

It is not a miracle supplement, but it definitely works when you make healthy changes in your lifestyle. I paired it with berberine, I walk 15 to 20 minutes after every meal and take apple cider vinegar before lunch and dinner. My resting glucose dropped from 102 to 88 in 2 1/2 months. Good product

I get a checkup for meds every 6 months. They have to do a blood draw, the last 6 months my glucose was high. So this time I thought I would cheat & take this blood sugar support. It did nothing for me in lowering my blood sugar which is now 111. I didn't do anything differently. Now I know I have to take this more seriously not take a supplement, eat much better, exercise, drink water. I guess nothing in life comes easy, no more pills work hard drop a few pounds & see what happens in the next 6 months.
