Very interesting plug. I rebuilt an '01 KTM 400 EXC top to bottom. I usually run NGK CR8EIX plugs, and they work great. Since I re-jetted the bike, I figured I'd do a little experiment. I'm a maintenance freak, so my bike has always run at peak performance, but that requires constant maintenance, if you know anything about KTM's. Anyway, the plugs seem to work great. I haven't had the opportunity to switch back to compare with the NGK, but I will and will report back. Theoretically, the E3 plugs make sense. To be honest, before I run the NGK again, I'm going to buy another E3, because I'm not sure I'm even running the proper one for my KTM (even though I'm sure there would be little to no difference).

Bought my first E3.38 plug for my 2012 Kawasaki KLX250S, 250cc single cylinder stock engine. Wow! What a nice improvement! 1) perhaps 5% more visceral torque throughout the entire RPM range. 2) starting 60F cold engine - just choke and barely touch the starter! Immediate startup, no fuss, no 2nd or 3rd try. 3) gas mileage SHOULD be a bit better (not yet verified) because engine feels much stronger and more responsive across the range. This better response must be due to more uniform and stronger flame-front inside combustion chamber due to stronger, omnidirectional spark. This performance comparison was made against two different NGK "R" CR8E plugs, one with 4500 miles (factory stock), one brand new. The E3 plug's electrode technology seems to be a new lower cost version of the original TorqueMaster plugs from 1995, but with the same positive results. No need to gap an E3 plug, unlike a conventional plug. I will certainly try other E3 plugs for my other vehicles. I'm sold.

Well I bought this plug for my brand new RPS Cross-Country 300 EFI motorcycle. It fit and worked. But being a EFI, fuel injected, motor. You can't just throw parts out it. You will need to remap the the ECU unit for this plug to work grate. So it will have to wait for now. I have run E3 sparks plugs in all my motorcycle for a very long time. Will always run E3 Plugs.

Didn’t think different spark plugs could completely change the way my bike ran but these bad boys did runs better then ever

Amazon won’t exchange them because I didn’t install and test these spark plugs in time. The return window was missed only by a couple of weeks. Manufacture will exchange them if I pay all the shipping costs. I figure they are expensive enough and shouldn’t fail out of the packaging. When in my engine the cause a rise and lowering of the RPMs at idle. I didn’t want to trust these out on the water and have to be towed in. So, I put the old plugs back in and everything works fine. I am the proud owner of 4 very expensive over promised under delivered spark plugs! Hope you have better luck. As for me, I’ll stick with the NGK’s the manufacture put in their engine.

Thought this was a good spark plug for my raptor with the big 3.. blew white smoke when it was in.. took it out after a cpl mins and put the stock plug back.
