Children in the U.K. have eaten Christmas pudding with alcohol for centuries so yes children can have it! **Q: Looking at the list of ingredients i do not see plums listed! why no plums?** A: The pre-Victorian use of the word "plums" was a term for raisins. Christmas pudding contains no actual plums. **Q: How does this differ from the Matthew Walker "Classic" version?** A: At the local shop (in San Diego) where I bought mine, they said this pudding has more preserved cherries than the traditional version. I dosed mine with brandy before Christmas, but haven't eaten it yet. **Q: Does this come in plastic or a ceramic crock?** A: plastic ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious but small *by N***A on 2025年12月26日にドイツでレビュー済み* Very nice quality and flavour, but as others have said, it’s quite small and only big enough for maximum four small portions. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste and the contents of the pudding , *by A***S on 2026年1月4日に英国でレビュー済み* Beautiful pudding , lots of plump fruit , taste amazing , will buy again , quality pudding , can save for a long time , ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J’adore *by J***E on 2026年4月7日にフランスでレビュー済み* Vrai pudding de Noël : délicieux ## Frequently Bought Together - Matthew Walker Luxury Christmas Pudding 400g (14.1oz) - Tiptree Brandy Butter, 170 Gram - Holiday Mini Mincemeat Tarts - 1 Box, 6 Pieces Luxury Mincemeat Inside, 13.1 Ounce | Buttery Pie Pastry | Perfect Pie for Holidays, Birthdays | by Walkers --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/792981327-matthew-walker-luxury-christmas-pudding-400g-x-1-medium-size](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/792981327-matthew-walker-luxury-christmas-pudding-400g-x-1-medium-size) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
