We usually use CBD oil with a dropper and weren't sure how well these would work. But they actually work really well. They're much easier to use than CBD oil, and the flavour is much better – there's a little hint of CBD in the aftertaste, but not nearly as much as CBD oil. And they really do seem to relax me before I go to bed. It takes about 20 minutes to half an hour and I'm really sleepy. I don't feel groggy the next morning too. Dosage is easy - unlike a dropper, you take one gummy and that's it. Sometimes I cut them in half if I don't want to take too much, and that's easy too. There aren't any real downsides, but you need to remember to let the gummy dissolve slowly to get the best effect – don't just eat it like a sweet.

These arrived caked in sugar, and don't taste very nice at all- the CBD is good but the texture is off-putting.

Let’s talk about the lid first! This is meant to be a child proof lid but it was actually adult proof as well! It was an absolute NIGHTMARE to get it off and it hurt my wrist & hand so I ended up having to place it on its side on the floor and hit the side of the lid with a hammer, which did the job! I’ve noticed in the reviews that other people have had the same issue so I think whoever makes this product needs to take note and change the lid! I replaced the container! The taste…. The gummy‘s do have a pretty nasty aftertaste which is left in your mouth for a while afterwards, it’s a chemical taste. I don’t see why they need to be covered in sugar either. With regards to the effect… I can’t really say I’ve noticed any difference after taking these and I am quite sensitive to medications & foods. I took the recommended 2 gummies. I have Fibromyalgia & Migraines and wanted to try these to see if they might help in some way. Unfortunately, they didn’t so I wont be purchasing again. I have tried many different CBD gummies and various applications. These are by far the best gummies, they are the most tasty and enjoyable! Others taste awful and artificial With other gummies I have had headaches and a weird feeling in my jaw - not with the Goodrays. They are great for pain relief and sleep quality. BEWARE: The cap lid is AWFUL. They are secure, that’s for sure but have sometimes been impossible to open - we’ve had to get a screw driver out to pry them open, breaking the container. This needs to be improved! Would also say that I wish they came in a bigger container with more inside

I use these for my adhd, and they help massively for me anyway. My brain is a very squirrel like when I don’t take them I’m all over the place and effects my work, when I take them I’m focused and calm. Yes I do get headaches and the taste is a bit tinny for me but considering the headache I get from when my brain is racing I take it. I will say though this is from my experience and isn’t recommended by my doctors

Your mileage may vary. I take 2 a day before bed to help get to sleep (I work nights) and deal with my autoimmune disease. They seem to help me sleep and I've noticed a significant improvement in energy, recovery and overall wellbeing. They are absolutely worth trying. The main issue you will have is taste. They are somewhat sour, not very sweet and don't taste like fruit pastels. The texture isn't amazing either, but as something to suck on they're perfectly fine. I enjoy the taste, but those more sensitive to sour or expecting sweet should be aware they may not be what you expect. Theoretically you could add some hot water and a teaspoon of sugar and have it as a hot drink. To those that have complained about the lid.... You push down a little and twist. I've had zero issue. I've had more issue with bleach lids. The instructions are 3d rendered on the lid. No issues here.

I appreciate everyone has difference levels of tolerance to these sorts of things - but have to chip in with my 2 cents to say this didn't have any kind of effect on me. Started with 1 in the morning, then 2. Had 2 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon and still no effect... Taste nice though!
