Good for some situations and not without their quirks
These work well. Although I have some gripes. First, the apps are confusing on what you need to set them up with. Second, I get random beeps from one that doesn't seem to fit any of the troubleshooting guides. Thirdly, specialty cables are a pain to use. I get they are super thin, but depending on the model they need their own cables. The good points are they do work, I like the options for size and function. Once you get which app you need to update them and such, it is easy to setup. Bottom line, if you have Android and iOS or jump between them - these are a great option. If you are an iOS user (like many in my family), get the AirTags - I get too many complaints about how hard it is to figure out the finger dance to reset them or charging and trying to find the cable.

Broken after 6 months. Support not responding.
Edit - I'm not sure if it was due to my review or just a coincidence, but after this review posted I suddenly started hearing back from Pebblebee. We have been able to successfully re-pair both devices to the "Find My" app and to the Pebblebee app so they can be updated. It is unfortunate that it took 3 months and a negative review to get to a solution. And due to the issue, I'm not sure I feel confident in the effectiveness of the product, but I will change the review to 3 stars. Original Review: I would like to leave a positive review, but based on my current experience with the product and customer service, I cannot. 2 of the trackers I've purchased can no longer be connected to the Pebblebee app, and are unable to be updated. I reached out to support in early November. After having me troubleshoot with no resolution, Pebblebee support has now gone silent, no longer replying to my emails. If you want a tracker that will last more that 6 months or at least would come with customer support while still under warranty, avoid Pebblebee.

setup & doc issues, can only pair with either iOS or android, proprietary charging cable, etc
1. no charging instructions on the web setup. 2. no mentioning about the charging light on the device after plugging in the charging cable (the charging vid is "buried" in the bottom web "manual"). 3. charging vid doesn't play (why no link to a yt vid???). 4. no instructions on the web setup page to a. "charge first before use", b. how to charge and for how long, c. no instruction on how to turn on the device; all resulting in confusion, having to open the link to the web manually and dig for info. 4. BIG pet-peeve (through true across the board w/ any other similar device): it can only be paired with either platform (apple find my OR android find hub) at a time, which is a. rather big missed opportunity, b. a somewhat weak sales proposition, c. not clearly stated (on Amazon product page)... why not make it pair-able on both networks at the time, and communicate between them??? now i have to waste my time and buy 2 devices per each item i'm wanting to keep track of, to track on both ios and android... AND i have to track them separately... what a mess!!! 5. there are a number of other issues (ie requires proprietary charging cable... why not USB-C???), which others have already reported in their reviews.
