Liquid Orthotic Massaging Insoles (Extra Small (W 5-7))

My daughter is a diabetic, type 1, and she loves these and says its like walking on a beach. Her last pair lasted about 10 years and she wanted another pair. So good to find them here on Amazon!

I have nerve damage in my feet due to type 2 diabetes. I also have periodic bouts with intense heal pain (plantar fascia). These inserts are terrific. There's no comparison with any other type of shoe cushion. It feels a little funny at first, but after a day your feet feel so much better. I highly recommend these for someone searching for relief from foot pain. I have bought several of these for friends. Oh, buy a good pair of tennis shoes too.

Works good. I have a wart on the ball of my foot that after I have it worked on, it is painful. Works great if you need to distribute your weight and be more comfortable.

These really help with tired feet especially if you walk, or stand, for a long period of time. This is my second pair.

I did not buy these inserts from Amazon -- I purchased at an Arts & Crafts Fair and paid about the same. But since I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon and find the reviews to be extremely helpful, I wanted to add my 2 cents worth. I have osteoporosis in my lower back and right hip, so walking and standing for long periods of time becomes painful. Regular gel inserts purchased from stores didn't do anything for me. After stepping on a pad at the AquaSoles booth to see where I carry most of my weight (right heel; left heel/left side of foot) my shoes were fitted with the insoles and the sales lady insisted I walk quite a ways before deciding if I liked them or not. Within 5 min or so, my pain was lessened quite a bit. It's a weird feeling that you need to get used to -- step carefully at first. I had a bit of a drunken walk there for a while. But your body learns to compensate for it. I don't think there's a lot of medical research here -- the small amount of glycerin in the insoles seems to simply takes the weight off your pressure points in your feet and redistributes it as you walk. Don't be fooled by the dramatic "I'll press on your hands to show you how unbalanced you are" done by the sales lady -- before and after putting in the insoles didn't make a balance difference for me because I was prepared for the hype. I don't think it's for everyone and probably not if you need an actual insole created for you by a doctor to address serious medical issues. They are reversible, with a black side and a tan side. I have narrow feet, so adding a layer (albeit a very thin one) actually helped my shoes fit better. I can't wear them in shoes that are already tight. All I know is that they are a relief for long periods of walking/standing for me. Your mileage may vary. I rated it at 4 stars because I don't know how well they stand up to the test of time. Keep in mind there is a 36 month warranty ONLY if they are found to be defective (you have to register the purchase online), but no warranty at all if you just don't like them after purchase (I saw this on the BBB website as a complaint).
