Great Coffee, but there is an issue
The coffee is great, but there is a big issue. This is an Amazon issue. They show a special box for Starbucks Via Instant dark roast coffee. It is a box you can stand up on your counter and there's a little pull-down tab at the bottom, so you can take your coffee packets out from there. THREE TIMES now when I order this coffee (which tastes great) AMAZON has thrown the loose coffee packets in to a plain brown cardboard box, tapped it close, and sent me the coffee in that. Last time I was upset so I called Starbucks and they claimed it was Amazon re-packaging it. When I called Amazon, they had no explanation. It's obviously AMAZON doing this, so I'm warning you in this review NOT to buy it from AMAZON if you want it to come in the packaging it was meant to be in.

Convenient, smells great
I’ve bought this instant coffee several times. I’m not a coffee expert, but this one has a nice aroma and tastes pretty close to what you’d get in a Starbucks store. Of course it’s not exactly like freshly brewed coffee, but for the price and convenience, it really works.

Odd product differences
Just echoing what others have said. I've been buying this for years. It used to come in the Starbucks box, which it no longer does. Also, the individual packets are made of a different material, coffee powder is also much finer and sticks to the inside of the packet. There's no Sell By date on these but there is on the other packets which I still had. Is this an Amazon problem? Hopefully they're not counterfeit.
