Q: What is the capacity?

As it says in the description, the capacity is 5.5 litres. A litre is 1.75 pints. So it will hold just inder 10 pints. For convenience, because it is best to leave the top cap unscrewed, you could assume one gallon (8 pint)capacity.

Q: I have just recieved my dispenser when I filled it up it started leaking from behind the tap it dosent seem to have a seal. How can I get replacement

It shouldn't leak. Return it and ask for a replacement. Mine has worked well without any leaks, hopefully the replacement will be fine. I recommend this product, it takes up very little space and works well as long as you keep the top cap open.

I only use mine as a water container
