We LOVE this lamp! We are replacing an old halogen adjustable lamp that gets SO hot that I was afraid to leave it in my son’s room in case he knocked it over. This lamp gets warm, but not hot! It is also a nice, small profile so it easily fits in the corner, is very sturdy, and the adjustability of the light level is amazing! It goes from bright white (perfect for reading books or playing with toys, to soft (20% power) yellow light (perfect for our bedtime wind-down routine and snuggles). There is a touch pad on the lamp to control the power and color warmth, but unlike normal knobs, my toddler doesn’t see it and try to turn it back on after bedtime. And I can keep the remote up high! Because it also tilts, we are probably getting a second one for our TV room because we can ensure it doesn’t put any glare on the TV. It is seriously amazing whether you are adding additional or directional light in a large space or want to use it as the main light source in a smaller room. My only complaint was I was nervous about putting it together because it comes with very limited instructions, but my worries were unwarranted - it is so simple to put together that it didn’t need more details! Everything basically only fits one way! I know you’ll enjoy it!

I’ve had this for a few months now. The remote stopped working that came with it. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement remote. The remote looked like the one in the picture with the red button for sleep. My original remote was all black. I will say the new remote works a lot better. Getting better distance as well. That being said the lamp is bright and I love the adjustments. I couldn’t find program instructions for the remote, but the seller sent them to me upon request. Maybe it would make it possible to program with a universal remote because the lamp does rf? Not sure. But here is how I got my replacement remote to work: How to reset the remote control: (Please NOTE: Each lamp can only work with one remote.) 1. Please confirm the remote insert 2 x AAA batteries (not included) 2. Don't plug the lamp into power, then long press the remote controller's power button towards the lamp's LED panel. And hold on. 3. 5 seconds later, Keep hold on press the remote power button, meanwhile plug the AC adapter into power 4. Still hold press the remote power button for 5 seconds, then release. If the lamp turns on at the moment, it means the reset operation is successful. You can control the lamp with the remote now. Hope this helps others.

I love this lamp. It replaced a halogen lamp I’ve had for say 15 years. However I was over it. The light was increasingly yellowish. When looking for a replacement lamp, I wanted high lumens and as white light as possible and LED. When I set this up in my home office, turned on the switch, hit the on button on the remote, it was almost magical since I was used to yellowish light. I’m not sure I would say it is truly 3,000 lumens, it’s not bright enough. Inhave 2,000 lumen flashlights that seem brighter. However, the room filled with gorgeous, bright WHITE light. It was pure white. No deviations in the electromagnetic, visual spectrum, and I love it‼️ The remote is great and looks like it will hold up to even me. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

The lamp is almost unnoticable, blending with rest of furniture well. Assembly was very simple, no issues, remote works well, touch panel on the lamp is very sensitive and sometime doesn't work if I want to turn off fast, so better works with remote. The brightness - I gave 3 stars because it's not as bright as I expected, for small area in living room or in bedroom it's okay, but I still have to use my old 3bulb lamp at same time in living room. All depends on your own preference, how bright you like. What I like it's two light colors - white and yellow with different intensity. Overall I like this lamp, only wish is it could be brighter.

I love this lamp! I have gone through several other LED Torchier lamps in the past few years, and at this price point, this one is the best by far. It is certainly the brightest, which is what I was specifically looking for. I also love the remote control and I am excited to experiment with all the dimmable levels and different shades of light warmth. This lamp was shipped very quickly and it was the simplest to put together. It is very light, as in weight, and it is very tall. I am 5’ 9” and I cannot see the top of it when I’m standing next to it. The head of the lamp has a wide range of swivel room so you can direct the light pretty much wherever you want it. I completely recommend this lamp, especially for the brightness. If you are looking for a very bright, very white, very steady light for general brightening or especially for tasks, this is the best lamp under $100 for that purpose. Again, I totally recommend it, but I just have one caveat for buyers: the base of the lamp is just two metal bars that connect in the middle like a cross. That is perfectly fine for me because I live alone and I have a cat. However, if you have small children or dogs, this lamp could easily be knocked over, unless you are able to stand it strategically behind a piece of furniture or something like that. Other than that, it really is great and I am very happy that I purchased it.

The lamp is easy to assemble because I did not even need any instructions. The picture of the lamp tells where the parts should be. The remote control is an excellent idea. I put the lamp 2 feet away from my computer desk and the remote makes it so convenient. The lamp is very bright. You can change the color the light from bright white to soft yellow using the remote. It is not very heavy, but sturdy. Overall, this is a great product. I just bought another one and my brother bought one too.

The eight presets plus the other buttons on the remote make this just about heavenly for getting the light I want at different times, both day and night, using blackout curtains on the windows in the daytime so that I can use my computer and read books without too much glare . I am tall, and I am able to adjust the tilt toward a wall away from me slightly so that I am unable to see any light but indirect light. That is a big part of the perfection. Contrary to two of the previous reviews, the little oblong control on the lamp pole *does* adjust both brightness and color. Very quick touches turn the lamp on and off. Holding down the lower end of the control has the brightness adjust up and down. Holding down the upper end of the control has the color adjust from one end of the range to the other and back. Of course the remote and its preset combinations are *better*, but all is not lost if one loses the remote.

I've had this for about 1.5 years now, and this is my favorite lamp that I bought so far. I got two others that didn't have a remote, so this is the one I use in the bedroom with my little one because it's easy to turn off after you're already lying down. The best part of this lamp are all of the preset buttons. You can quickly change from dimmer yellow light (nursing mode) to brighter white light (play mode) and a variety in between. The best part is the night light button. When you push the On button, it goes to the last setting before you turn it off. However, if you push the night light button, it goes automatically to a super dim light, just bright enough to see but not bright enough to disturb babies/toddlers who are almost asleep. I use this whenever my toddler complains that he wants something (water, toy, etc.) but I don't want to turn the light on any brighter than I have to so that he continues to get drowsy and fall asleep. I wish all of the lamps would have this function. Now that I'm expecting #2, I wanted to buy another for my room, but it's out of stock! I hope they continue to sell this product. I finally found a lamp that has a night button like this one, but it's not as dim (about the same setting as the nursing light instead of a true super dim light), and you can't turn only the night button on automatically, so if you didn't have it as your last setting, then you're out of luck. Where can I find another one of these lamps?!!!
