I picked up the PlayStation DualSense Edge Wireless Controller because I wanted something a little more customizable for longer gaming sessions. After using it for a while, I can definitely say it feels like a step up from the standard controller. The first thing you notice is the build quality. It feels solid and slightly more substantial in your hands. The grips are comfortable, and it just has that “premium” feel right away. The adjustable triggers and swappable stick caps are actually useful — especially if you play different types of games. Being able to fine-tune the trigger sensitivity makes a difference in shooters versus racing games. I also like the customizable back buttons. It takes a little time to get used to them, but once you do, they really help with reaction time and overall control. The ability to create different profiles and switch between them is a nice touch too. Battery life is decent, though I will say it doesn’t seem to last quite as long as the standard DualSense. That’s probably the only real downside I’ve noticed so far. Overall, this controller feels like it’s made for someone who plays regularly and wants more control and flexibility. It’s definitely more of an investment, but if you game often, the upgrades are noticeable and worthwhile.

Amazing controller. Well worth it for the features it comes with. Be noted that it is slightly heavier than a regular ps5 controller and battery life seems worse than a base controller. The option to remove and replace the thumb sticks is invaluable in the long run and the remapping and customization of buttons and stick dead zones is amazing for competitive gaming. Worth the money if you’re more than a casual gamer.

For the price, this is one heck of a controller. No stick drift, the ability to pull it apart and replace individual pieces. Its pretty awesome. The extra rubber grip makes it super nice as well. No need for a lizard skin or anything.

Review: I’ve been using this controller for just under a year now, and it’s easily one of the best upgrades I’ve made for gaming. It feels premium right out of the box and has held up really well with consistent use. What I Like: The hard travel case is a great addition — everything has its own spot, so it stays organized Swappable joystick modules are easy to install and lock into place Interchangeable thumbsticks (different heights/textures) let you fine-tune the feel Back paddles (two styles included) are a huge plus — I map jump so I can keep my thumbs on the sticks Custom profiles with adjustable sensitivity and deadzones Ability to adjust trigger response directly from the controller USB-C cable that locks into place but can also be used as a standard cable Performance: I play a lot of first- and third-person shooters, and this controller has made a noticeable difference. Being able to customize inputs and sensitivity really helps with reaction time and overall control. What to Know: I do wish the hand grips were rubberized like the Xbox Elite Series 2 — that would make it even better Comparison: I’ve used the Xbox Elite Series 2 in the past and ran into stick drift issues pretty quickly. This has been much more reliable in my experience and feels more consistent over time. Verdict: If you’re a casual player, this might be more than you need. But if you game regularly and want more control, customization, and a premium feel, this is absolutely worth it.

Best controller Iv ever bought! I love it. No drift and if it ends up getting stick drift replace the stick module and you’re good to go! On the PlayStation you can save your button presets or profile so the functions of your buttons can easily be changed so you can go from one game to another without having to go through the setting for each game! It works very well and is quality made! Comes with a case and a power cord that locks into the controller to keep it charged so it doesn’t come out while you play! The back buttons are very nice and is the main reason I bought this controller!
