It comes loose because the thick fabric snags on surrounding assemblies. Its actually too big for the outer CVs on the Mule so there is lots of extra fabric to snag. Barely fits on an inner rear CV but rubs on a nearby bolt and tears off quickly. And yes, I used the zip-ties.
