Heavy Duty Well Built

What a great piece of equipment. Well made, all the holes lined up and best part, no missing parts. Definitely at least a two person Jon as there is a fair amount of weight to some parts. Have used it several time without issue. Rolls early on concrete and stands straight. To keep rain from filling the uprights I drill a small hole in the bottom of each upright. For the price it is a great buy.

Seller's fabrication error causing a dispute between the parties.

One post insert is about 2 inches longer than the other which causes the H beam to be unlevel. I provided photos of the fabrication error via the Amazon website, but the Seller refused to replace the item or offer a reasonable sum to repair the item. The photos were uploaded into the Amazon messenger system and it contains the statements of both parties. My credit card company has filed a dispute with Amazon to recover the amount paid. I hope Amazon will intervein in this matter to facilitate a resolution that is acceptable to both parties.
