Good Nutrient-Rich Snack Without Too Much Sodium
The taste and texture are good, the amount of salt (not a lot) seems about right, the package size is appropriate for a single serving (1 oz = 170 calories), and the shelf life seems acceptable (about nine months out). The larger single-serving packages (1.75 oz = 290 calories) seem to be a little too much for just a snack. These peanuts offer an amazing array of nutrients, including dietary fiber, protein, 3 vitamins, and 6 minerals. Not too many single-ingredient snacks match that. And you're not buried in sodium (4% of recommended daily value).
