I'm very satisfied. I used these in my Chocolate Babka! The 54 percent is perfect for baking it's dark but not too dark. The quality is very good. Great taste.

Looking at reviews on these I was extremely cautious about ordering them as they seemed to be melting on route/storage and arriving as a block. I was impressed to see that mine arrived in an insulated foil bubble wrap package and they where as should be. It was my first time using these and I'm really happy with the taste and quality. They melt so easy as I was used to just melting full bars.

Good easy tonuse product
Great quality chocolate to use for baking. This is the one I go for when I cannot aford to source speciality chocolate from bean to bar producers so it's good value for money, although the taste is not as complex as the more refined products. I used it for various products (melted for brownies or as it is in brownies) and my cakes always came out nice.

Je connais bien cette marque et la qualité du chocolat donc même si je ne vais pas l'utiliser tout de suite je peux donner un avis positif mais aussi à la boutique où j'ai commandé car reçu 1 jour avqnt la date prévue et à un prix légèrement en dessous du prix au kg auqel je l'achète habituellement donc merci.
