I have trouble keeping any ear buds in - they always fall out within seconds. The size selection included is fantastic - and I can wear my ear buds much longer now. I still have to have loops ever my ears and still have to keep adjusting the fit, but this is better than anything I have ever tried.

These are just a little bit smaller than your standard small earbud covers that come with most sets. I've been using the small Skullcandy ones for many years, and I thought that slightly sore ear canals after extended usage was just kind of part of the territory of earbuds. I lost a cover to one side of my Bluetooth headphones and decided I may as well get a large pack of replacements since I was out of backups. When I saw the extra small available, I decided to go with it. They fit great on all of my earbuds, and my ear canals don't get fatigued after a day of wearing these. The memory foam ones are amazing and the only similar thing I've ever found that I was able to wear comfortably. Worth it just for the two pairs of those alone, though the extra small silicone tips are very comfortable and easy to apply. Great set that does exactly what it is supposed to do. Will probably rebuy for more memory foams, because you can never have too many earbud covers.

I purchased these Extra Small tips and some in size Small. I have very small ear canals and needed something smaller than what came with the LG HBS-730 headphones. I only use the flange style tip and I will say these have worked great but I don't think they are any smaller than the size Small that I purchased. I do some running and sprinting with my headphones and they do stay in much better than any other tips I have used. I do really like the flange style as I can just barely put it in my ear when on the phone or listening at my desk but I can wedge it in my ear when sprinting for a more secure fit. As for putting them on my LG HBS-730's, that was no problem they are tight to get onto the earbud but they stay on well. I would have given 5 stars if they were a bit smaller than the smalls I bought.

Nicely made and nice variety, through no fault of the vendors, I made a guess and they won't fit my application. If you're looking to upgrade the foams on the in ear monitors that come with a Sennheiser wireless receiver pack, these are too small and do not fit. I might be able to use them on others though.

Wow, what a difference it makes when you have well-fitting earphones! I have very small ears and apparently extra small ear canals. I have never had earphones that fit even with the smallest provided ear pieces. Usually I just deal with constantly putting in an earphone that falls out or ear aches after wearing them for too long. These are a game changer, however. I jumped and skipped and wore them for hours without them falling out for the first time in my life! I'm so pleased and also have plenty extra if needed. It might be strange to be so excited to put earphones in ever since buying these, but people who have had the same struggle as I would understand! I use them in my wireless Tozo earphones and also regular wired earphones that I bought from Walmart and they fit perfectly.

I was hoping these would allow me to finally be able to comfortably wear my earbuds but after trying all 3 different styles they were still either uncomfortable or I was constantly readjusting my earbuds because they were falling out. The only ones that semi comfortably stayed in (the triangular shaped ones) made my ears itch like crazy. I finally gave up and got the clip on type of open ear earbuds and I'm so glad I did. They actually work for my freakishly small ears

Bought these to help with some new bluetooth earbuds I just purchased, but the smallest earbud didn't fit. This was the perfect solution. Product came exactly as pictured. I found that the only ones that really work for me are the regular earbuds (as opposed to the three-tier or memory foam). The memory foam doesn't really hold in place well enough, and are a little big. The three-tier was just a weird fit. BUT I think with the number of extra small earbuds I got from this, it's worth it.

Good variety for whatever you are doing, memory foam ones rock for excessive movement like exercise or work, all are comfy for me except the triple flanges, but if you have deep ear canals I suppose they would work better. Best bang for your buck, several replacements for the people who lose them like I have, this is a good product. They also have a small rubber adapter so they hold tight to the ear buds. I'd will buy them again if I run out, but I don't know if that will happen anytime soon because they hold on pretty tight like they should.

So comfi. Gives new life to headphones. Worth it for smaller ear canals.

These are exactly what I was looking for, my ear canals must be quite small because even the smallest tips that come with most earphones won't stay in for me and aren't comfortable. These are perfect. They come with 3 different kinds (normal silicone, 3-flanged silicone, and memory foam) which is great because then I could try the different types to see which one I liked best without buying a load of different ones separately and at much higher cost. All three styles fit me well, and I chose the normal silicone ones. They come with several pairs of each type too so now I have more than enough earphone tips to last likely the rest of my life and don't have to worry about being unable to use my headphones if I lose one tip and am waiting on more to arrive, I have plenty of spares Very happy with this purchase

Purchased these to replace the stock tips that came with the Brainwavz Delta Red IEM Earphones The smallest tips on the Delta were too large for the user. Replaced with the standard silicone tips from this kit and they fit the Delta's perfectly and the owner of the Delta's is happy. These are a little tight to put on the Delta's, but since they're silicone you just have pull and stretch. Due to the tightness, you'll never have to worry about the tips falling off. Side note: Packaged well and shipped from Texas.
