There's a million pre-workouts on the market. I've tried a bunch of them. As far as flavor and giving me the focus, and pump that I like for a workout. Axe & Sledge Intake is my favorite by far. I've tried the gummy bear, fruit punch, and cluster candies flavors and like them all so I alternate flavors so I don't get tired of the same each workout. On workout morning, I start out with one scoop in a 20 Oz. Shaker bottle, then another scoop and 20 Oz. While working out. Then some electrolite mix until finishing my workout.This spreads out the caffeine instead of one big wallop all at once. That's what works for me. I don't know how I used to workout without this stuff. Sure notice a difference in my results.
