I find this product to be a very good value for the price paid, and I will definitely use this spice purveyor again for future purchases. One should note that this item is cinnamon bark pieces, not ground cinnamon, so it is good for imparting flavor when you intend to strain off the spices, but if you were trying to give a baked good cinnamon flavor, this would not be ideal as you would still have large pieces of cinnamon in your baked good.
