Fantastic product, but even better customer service! I purchased my first yoga wheel (10”) from them 2 years ago due to back pain and it helped soo much I brought it to Jiu Jitsu and use it before every class, it’s a game changer for my back. I liked it soo much I convinced a lot of my teammates to get one as well.After the first one had been well used for so years and the rubber portion sliding off the plastic I went right back to the same company, cannot beat the value for the price. I bought this 3 pack mainly for the smaller wheel as well as a new 10” and was very happy with it. A couple months into the new wheels the 10” wheel rubber ripped apart from the plastic coming unglued. I knew it was a defect because of the old one and reached out to the manufacturer. They did not hesitate to apologize, explain that the old wheel is now discontinued and replaced it with a new model free of charge! This company is awesome, I cannot recommend them enough and the new model(looks like knobby tires) is even better than the old. Can’t beat the value, just buy the product already!

I have been experiencing more back pain these last few months and I wanted something that I could use at home to crack and stretch out my back. I usually have lower back pain, but recently the pain has been in my upper back. I saw something similar to this yoga wheel on my Instagram, so I started to do some research. I liked when I read that this product is from a veteran owned company, so that was my selling point. It is very sturdy and durable for sure. I am a big girl and was not once worried that this wheel could not hold my weight. The first time trying, I felt the most amazing crack all up my spine. Gosh that felt great! I will admit, that it takes some time to get used to it and my entire body was sore from holding and balancing myself on this. I have only had this for about a week and the muscle soreness is gone and I look forward to stretching my back on this each night. I also have a feeling that using this regularly will help improve my poor posture. This yoga wheel can be used in so many ways and I like that it came with a stack of cards to show you how to use it. I also found lots of videos online that are helpful.

It does what it's supposed to do, but really needs to be wider for stability if you're new to this.

i got this to replace a broken chirp wheel.. i was attracted to the price but you know what.. it ain’t no chirp wheel. the foam around the wheel is very noisy when rolling, and i don’t get the deep back cracks. it does stretch the muscles though but something about it.. it’s different.

Great quality for the price. I have researched and looked at all of these. I compared this set to a brand that was all over my IG and FB. The reviews on this product far exceeded the reviews on the advertised one I researched. My main concern upon all products I reviewed was quality and would it break. These came very well put together, all my foam was intact and aligned correctly. The wheel itself is sturdy. I felt immediate relief after the first use of just a few seconds. The smaller the wheel the more pressure you’re going to feel. The more I use it the better my back feels and seems to stretch and pop easier with each use. I would recommend an adjustment with your chiropractor first and then proceed to use the wheel. Even if you don’t, these still work. Throughout my day I use it at a minimum of three times. I sit at a desk for 8 plus hours a day and then sit for 4 more hours completing school work. My 5 year old likes them to help her do backbends.

You know that yoga wheel you see all over social media that has a spinal canal? Well this is just as good as that wheel. Sure a spinal canal will make it more comfortable if you don't know what you are doing.When you use the yoga wheel, you shouldn't be in a position where the spine is protruding out of your back. One should get used to mind muscle connection to be able to feel out the proper posture when using the yoga wheel on your back.This most definitely cracks your back in places you can never do on your own. It is just so relieving hearing the cracks after a very long day on the job or even after a work out.These yoga wheels come with a few diagrams that show ways you can use the wheels to your advantage. Different ways to use the yoga wheel to stretch and not just rolling on your back!Overall such a great investment for my health. Not only for my back muscles but all over the body!!
