Carbamide Forte Chelated Magnesium Glycinate 2000mg Tablet

I have been using Mg glycinate from this brand since 2020, I could see the results very well from the start I does have schedule amount of magnesium glycinate @200-220mg per tablet i.e, approx 440 mg for 2 tablets a day ! Now for the biggest problem it has, since I've been using this product for such a long time I could see some side effects also like very low energy throughout the day even after having 6-9hrs of sleep. Later I found out it has concerning amount of Lead which can lead to lead toxicity in the body and there is no safety limit for lead in the body as it accumulates in the bones even at lower concentrations. Rest you can check the side effects of low level toxicity in long term usage for yourself in Claude/ GPT. I'm attaching the lab test reports by Eurofins labs, one of the most reliable labs in India. As a working Doctor myself, with harsh duty hrs and irregular sleep, Mg glycinate supplements are essential for good sleep/rest but should be taken only when needed for a short course of time. I have been buying your products for 2 years or more. It was a shock to hear that lead was found in one of your magnesium glycinate and Omega 3 products. You'll said that it was from a batch that you'll had stopped manufacturing. Then why is it still being sold ? How many of your other products don't meet the health standards ? Can you provide a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) showing testing for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury? Also if the values mentioned on the label, actually match what's in the product.

This should be great for men based on my experience with the general one.. But being a woman, I didn't try it! Read on... I had put a bottle of chelated magnesium glycinate into my cart to purchase a few days later. Somewhere b/w then n the actual date of purchase, the label on the bottle depicted was blue n not the usual one I had chosen. Thinking nothing of it, I placed the order since I had used the magnesium from Carbamide Forte before n it is excellent as most of their products I've tried are. It arrived as expected in a perfectly sealed bottle tho the base of the carton was a bit torn. However, seeing the blue label I curiously examined it n mercifully, before I opened the seal n had any, I discovered the, "For Men" printed on the bottom left hand side corner!! I was flummoxed since this was a non- returnable item on Amazon n I most definitely was not from Mars, but from Venus!! I wasn't quite sure of what to do next! Then noticed a feedback card inside the carton that had the company's customer care number n email address. So, I called them and related the issue. Ms. Sanjana after giving me a patient ear, was extremely helpful. She asked me to courier the carton to them along with the invoice etc., which I did. Yesterday, the company refunded me the full amount that I paid!! I'm writing this because I so appreciate what they did. Thank you. A word of advice to customers is to zoom every label n read carefully before purchase... N re-check each item in your cart before you click BUY!!
