Best frozen award
I really like the fresh taste and crisp texture of this it's very similar to freshly made, purchased from the store, in addition , the size is similar tothe famous fast food brand. I enjoy the convenience of this. I can have freshly made ones in my microwave in under 2 minutes without leaving the house. I just wrap it up in damp paper towels and put them in microwave. Clean, easy and value for money.

Yummy enough
It's a hot dog. The meat is decent and the cornbread part has a nice sweetness to them. If I have to eat a processed corn dog this is the brand I go to. I subtracted a star for packaging. They're just in the box! No sealed bag. They get freezer burned easily. It's not a problem texturally but I can sometimes taste it.

The all beef one is really a good corn dog like the one you get at the fair. You can cook this in the microwave, but it won’t be that crispy outer core unless you warm it up in the microwave slightly and put it in a fryer quickly or an oven but make sure you keep turning it to get a little bit of crisp on it. Really good.

I see you lots of complaints on the size of the corn dog and yes they are small but great for a snack or lunch. Easy to nuke or bake preferred Just pay attention to the quality of the package you are getting

Tastes like you would expect a microwaved, cornbread covered meat stick to taste like.
My husband and kids enjoy these. But I took 2 stars away because I think that it tastes like it comes from a microwave. Not all microwave foods have that issue. The corn bread tends to heat up faster than the meat resulting in really hot bread but a cold dog. This in turn ends with hard corn bread from excessive microwaving just to get a hot, hotdog. In terms of flavor it definitely reminds me a carnival corn dog. That is a redeeming quality.

We like these!
We are pleasantly surprised by these. Bought one box to try them out. Taste actually pretty darn good! Will be ordering more. The beef tastes tender and not too salty. The corn meal outer layer tastes slightly sweet. Just the right amount of sweetness and balance of taste for us.
