This is my mom's statement because I ordered it for her: "I purchased the wrong product because this was too strong. So, I returned this product and purchased the "mild" relaxer with the entire kit. I contacted the seller, the seller refunded my son's account and sent me the kit I really wanted. I love this product because my hair is very fine and delicate and after use not one strand fell out.
