AS Rubber Cashew Cookie (LARABAR) (NOG Certified)

The Larabar Cashew Cookie is my favorite way to start the day, usually with a cup of coffee. I’ve been enjoying this flavor — though I’ve tried many others — for over 10 years, and it’s exactly what I need first thing in the morning. The bars are simple, made with just 2–3 ingredients, but the Cashew Cookie flavor stands out as my favorite. A tip: refrigerating the bars makes a big difference in texture — not required, but I prefer them cold. Room temperature works too, but the refrigerated version is much better in my opinion. As someone with so much experience with this bar :), I’ve noticed that they are not always the same consistency — sometimes a bit harder or softer — but I like this, as it indicates to me that they are not overly processed and have natural variability. I’ve recommended these bars to many friends. While they like them, they tend to get bored after a couple of weeks — not me! My kids are allergic to cashews, so I’m lucky to still enjoy these around them. Honestly, I think I should be a Cashew Cookie Larabar mascot! Highly recommend for anyone who loves simple, flavorful nut bars.

As I am gluten and lactose intolerant these looked worth a try. I have found that they do not upset my cranky stomach and have the definite advantage that they are really scrummy.

Larabar Cashew Cookie bars are my absolute favorite snack, especially for hiking and road trips! They’re not only delicious but also made with simple, wholesome ingredients that keep me fueled on the go. The rich, nutty flavor is so satisfying, and they’re just the right size to tuck into my bag for quick energy. These bars were also a lifesaver when I was doing the Whole30 diet. It’s hard to find snacks that are compliant, but Larabar has you covered with these. They kept me on track without feeling like I was missing out on anything tasty.
