Beautiful little toaster that works like a charm! I wasn't expecting it to be such a piece of "countertop candy"...the metal part sandwiched between the colored sides is chrome (I think) and as reflective as a mirror - which is a nice surprise because it helps brighten the dark recesses of cabinet corners. Perhaps it will show fingerprints, but since this is the part of the toaster that gets HOT, why would you ever touch the shiny metal parts. The blue side do not show any fingerprints at all. The blue is more of a Tiffany blue than it is a true Torquoise. It is gorgeous. so much for the appearance of the beast. How does it function? Better than $100 Breville toaster that I purchased and returned (too big and burnt all edges of items toasted). This toasts perfectly. I love having clear control of the degree of toasting (and the image showing the levels of brown was very helpful). I have used it on whole wheat bread and multi grain rolls. Both were nicely toasted without drying out and without burnt edges. The heat appears to mostly vent out of the bottom. The cord options are useful and many. The footprint is sweetly minimal, without skimping on the features you need in a toaster. Contrary to other comments, I like the clicks that indicate the small adjustments made to the "darkness" dial. Bottom line: I love this toaster and hope it lasts many years. I highly recommend this toaster and am sure you will be as pleased as I have been. (To Keemo....if you would make this very toaster into a longer, single slot, long slot toaster, I would give it 7 out of 5 stars.

I did a ton of research before purchasing this toaster. My main concern was even toasting without burnt edges. I could not be happier. Straight out of the box, we plugged it in and toaster nearly half a loaf of bread. We did run through one empty cycle first to get rid of the initial smell which cleared easily. We used the #3 setting and it was exactly like the picture. Every single slice was toasted evenly from top to bottom, edge to edge. We also toasted a thin bagel on the bagel setting and it was perfect. The bagel setting was backwards from what we thought, though. It uses the outer coils rather than the inner ones so just make sure you place the pieces in the correct way. It also passes the pop tart test! I was so happy with this, I just purchase one for my parents as well. I ordered the blue one and it is a very pretty baby blue.

Two years ago, being attracted by the cute-looking of this toaster, I placed the order. The color is my favorite. The baby blue adds a splash of softness in my kitchen. The toaster works like a charm. Everything is perfect!It's been working so beautifully until about two weeks ago, the push-down button was broken. Didn't want to throw it away because the toaster still works perfectly, so I wrote to Keemo asking if I can have a button replacement. Amanda, the customer service from Keemo responded in half day asking me to send her some pictures of the machine and the broken part. I did. And again, she replied very quickly asking my address. Days ago, in a beautiful Saturday morning, I received a package. It's a brand new toaster, same color. For me, it is a big big surprise, because I was expecting only the bush-down button replacement. This is why there are two toasters in the picture.I highly recommend this toaster, not only because the cute-looking, the performance, but also the perfect customer service from Keemo.

Love the design, love the color (aqua), this toaster does toast more evenly than my old toaster. Reasonable price for the quality. If you are older ( we are 64 & 68 so not toooo old) the numbers & marker dots will be almost impossible to see without really moving in close to the unit. You can hear the darkness knob make clicking noises when you adjust it up or down but doens;t help with knowing WHERE it is on the dial. Noise does not bother us. We will have to use a marker pen &/stickers to mark the controls if we want to be able to SEE them from a distance. Not a big deal but might make a difference to another buyer. Haven't used it long enough to know but the cleaner/pull-out tray seems as shallow & useless as the one on my current toaster so I'll still have to pick the toaster up & dump it into the sink to get as many crumbs out of it as possible. English muffiins are great but they have major crumb (chunks) issues!

The reason I purchased a NEW toaster was because my previous one (by Cuisinart) quit staying down when I pushed the lever- therefore it wouldn't toast my bread. This always caused me to start off my morning upset and disappointed. I received this toaster on Friday 3/1/19, and it's super cute (I've nicknamed her Betsy). I used it right away on Friday and was super stoked that it toasted my bread perfectly (shocking right?). Well this morning I went to toast my english muffin and the dang lever wouldn't stay down. After a few choice words and many threats she finally agreed to toast my english muffin. I was only going to give this toaster 3 stars, but I moved it up to 4 just because good ol' Betsy agreed to help me with my breakfast toast. But if she continues to disobey, I may have to lower my rating. Hopefully this won't be an issue. Why is it so hard to find good appliances now-a-days? To Be Continued. . . .Update 3/4/19 afternoon: My daughter just texted me that the toaster won't stay down and toast her bread. I told her to try cursing at it- as that seemed to work for me this morning. She texted back that it finally stayed down but for only maybe 30 seconds. Poor Betsy just doesn't seem to fit in with our family, I never thought a toaster could be so moody, but she's obviously not happy in our home. My daughter proceeded to give her a good smack- and low and behold she stayed in "toast" mode and proceeded to toast the bread. I've lowered my rating from 4 starts to 2 now, and will start the return process. Super bummed, as good ol' Betsy was quite the looker- cute and adorable.UPDATE 3/20/19: So good ol' Betsy must have read my review, because wouldn't you know it, she's been working fine ever since I posted my review. My only complaint is that sometimes when the toast "pops up" it sometimes gets thrown out of the toaster (just like the cartoons)! But I think that's just Betsy being sarcastic- so note to self- don't keep her placed near the edge of the counter. Overall- she does what she is expected to do- she toasts our bread, English muffins, and croissants. So we will be keeping her. Not going to return her. I guess maybe she just needed a little time to get comfortable in her new home.Yes- she's a toaster, and she's super cute.

I bought this toaster 2 years ago when I purchased my new house and it still works great!The best part about this toaster is how easy it is to clean.If you don't have a large household that's constantly needing to "toast" things, then this is the toaster for you!The dial is easy to use and seems pretty darn accurate on how "toasted" your food comes popping out.it is fairly light weight and easily stores in most small spaces. Great if you have a small kitchen or if you're OCD (like me) and dont want any clutter on your counter tops.toaster holds up! recommend!

I like the look of this toaster.it looks fashionable.the size of it is a bit smaller than i expected which i like it. it fits well on my kitchen table. I like the easiness usage of this toaster.Temperature is adjustable with the turning knob and I can cancel anytime with a click of a button. noefeature I like the most is the crumb collecting tray. Makes it much more raiser for me to clean it.it collected most of the crumbs from the break slices when i take it out from the toaster and the defrost function is useful for me. I usually have my bread in the freezer and I like that the defrosting function heat up the slice without burning it.

This was a nice addition to our kitchen albeit being a bit smaller than expected, but unfortunately aftwr 8 months the lever just broke and the seller doesn't respond. Luckily Amazon service was impeccable.
